To whom it may concern,

It is my great displeasure to issue Careline Pharmacy with a warrant as provided by Her Majesty's Government providing the Food & Drug Agency with the authority as pertained by Her Majesty the Queen, to close and shutter Careline Pharmacy within the Dangish Empire and its territories, with the reclamation of all funds and capital for the use of Her Majesty's Treasury.

It has been determined by the Crown Court of New London, wherein the warrant was acquired, that Careline Pharmacy is an illegal institution due to the sale of cannabis and related products. The sale of said products are forbidden in the Dangish Empire by the Drugs (Prevention of Misuse) Act, 1946), under which cannabis is a Class B restricted substance. The penalty for sale is a sentence of incarceration in one of Her Majesty's Prisons for 14 years or an unlimited fine. The warrant provided by the Crown Court of New London pertains that Careline Pharmacy is to be closed, with all its Imperial-based assets being reclaimed by the Treasury alongside a fine of £1 million ($14 million Universal Standard Dollars) to be paid by the ViZion World Corporation.

Furthermore, the ViZion World Corporation is to be indefinitely forbidden from the operation of pharmacies or any other auxiliary healthcare enterprise in the Dangish Empire and its territories. This decision will be reviewed in 50 years by the Food & Drug Agency. Under Imperial law, defaulting on a fine is a crime punishable by a surcharge of 20% of the original fine in addition to a prison sentence of up to 15 years. In the event of a decision by the VWC to not pay its fine, this sentence will be automatically enacted, alongside the revocation of the ViZion World Corporation's business licence in the Dangish Empire.

The use of medical cannabis is an acceptable treatment in the Dangish Empire, as agreed by the Imperial Institute for Clinical Excellence, assuming the use of synthetic cannabinoids and the possession of a controlled drug licence (as granted by the FDA). Careline Pharmacy did not hold a controlled drug licence nor were synthetic cannabinoids used. Furthermore, cannabis was sold unrestricted without prescription from a consultant physician.
