Ephgru Maiva was born in Gregoria, Racao in 1966. One always concerned about the environment, Maiva saw the climate-change controversy as a youth and decided to do something about it. He majored in environmental science and solar design. After his studies, Maeva started his own company manufacturing solar panels with a loan from his family. Meanwhile, Jan Jar was a salesman for an established wind power company, Vestas. Feeling that she had learned enough to start her own company, she did, specializing in wind turbines and small solar panels. Jar met Maeva at a renewable convention in 1998, and they agreed that a merger would help their two struggling companies in the market. They finalized the merger in 1999. Their company was named Solar Solutions because they knew that renewable power was the solution to the world's fossil fuel over-reliance. For seven years, they plowed along with conventional wind and solar panels. Jar's brother-in-law, Ertden Ishjenn, introduced the pair to geothermal energy in 2006. They researched the possibility of a geothermal pump and introduced their new product later that year. After a Kyushu University study about a new innovation called a wind lens, the company decided it, too, would innovate. In 2008, they introduced two new wind lens products based on the university's research. Another university study convinced them of the benefits of tidal power and they released these new products for the market. This year, they felt confident enough to go on a global, rather than simply regional, scale.

After considering your product very carefully, the Ministry of Finance and Procurement of the FCI would like to seek the shipment of several samples for testing by the FCI Ministry of Environmental Concerns and FCI Ministry of Power and Natural Resources. The sample size requested would be 5 of all 3 panel types, all of which will be promptly returned after testing (or monetarily compensated should return be impossible). Should the testing prove to be satisfactory, the FCI would very much be interested in procuring a much larger quantity in the near future.

This Procurement Order Form is not to be utilized by any press agency, foreign government, third party organization, and/or non-relevant state ministry. Furthermore, reproduction in any media (paper, electronic, etc.) is strictly prohibited by Section 6 of FCI Press Law. The only such exception to this rule is utilization by a MPI-approved organization that has obtained Status 2-B. Should any of the aforementioned cases of illegal activity be suspected, heavy fines, legal action, and punishments will be expediently dealt to all relevant parties.
