In Need of A New Flag *NOT RP*

I just recreated my nation after not playing for over a year. If anyone would make me a flag that would be great. Most preferably, light blue and white, with designs similar to a Union jack and possibly with a golden eagle or hawk holding a Christian cross. Thank you.
