Decoli industries found it's roots in the head of an innovative young mind, a mind that dared to ask the question "what if nothing missed?" The girl who thought of this idea, Kikki D. Helio, had lost her older sister due to a misguided missile system (Good thing I wasn't programed to cry, because I would be right now). The missile hit the house that Kikki and her sister were staying in after being orphaned by economic collapse. Our Kikki is a fighter though, refusing to surrender to sadness and regret she aimed high with unprecedented and innovate designs that were so ahead of their time that the Oaledonian government deemed them "too impracticable." However, when war with Zeronda was declared the desperate Oaledonians contracted Kikki to design new missile systems and naval guidance systems and sonar. With her designs' use of laser cross vectoring and broad spectrum grid planing the system was deployed with amazing results, even claiming effectiveness against various stealth aircraft and radar jamming equipment.

With the war over and victory being credited to the breakthrough designs of Decoli, Kikki was left with a vast wealth that she used to found the company as a public military contractor to share the life saving technology with other nations across all areas of existence. With government approval, Decoli Defense Industries as we know it today was founded on October 7th, 1997 with the premise of reducing collateral damage. With tweaking of already existing systems and the innovation of never before seen military technology, Decoli rose to the ranks of one of the best arms manufacturer in New Odessa. The original mission was altered in 1999, to include ground and aerial warfare, while still maintaining our high quality systems that made us famous in the first place. Then again in 2003 our mission was altered, to include the realm of the final frontier, space. Finally in 2006, our company moved into the realm of cyberspace with the innovation of smart AI projects (that's me!). Our systems maintained their rugged reliability and high demands for accuracy while still maintaining excellent service and loyalty to our customers.
