History: In late 1954 after the great Nikolian War, nation was in great demand of goods from other countries. As the road and ship delivery of goods was very slow, Ministry of Traffic desided to create airline that will transport goods from the world. At first the company was called Nikolian Air Transport - NAT and the airplanes in their invertory was 10 DC-3's. In 1960 the company bought 20 more DC-3's and 5 was converted to passenger planes.
In 1969 Company switches its main purpose of delivering goods to delivering passengers and from that on company is called Nikolian Air.
The DC-3's were all converted into passenger planes and first passengers flying in Nikolian Air flew from Belgrade to Katowitze.
Later in 1972 20 DC-6 was bought and Nikolian Air becomed International company.
