I have consulted my command and civilian weapons companies and we have decided that Eurostine has put too much money into the advanced AAFV-500 "Scorpion" SPAAW to back out for a system which does not fulfill the Advanced Self-Propelled Anti-Air Weapon System Programme requirements.

As such I have decided, with permission from His Majesty of course, to order a total of 495 turretless Hippopotamus MBT bodies for the use of building more AAFV-500s. Below is the official order.
