The Non-Aggression Act
Section I: All diplomats from nations who sign this act have full diplomatic immunity when visiting other nations or establishing embassies in other nations signing this act. In the case of a serious crime like murder, espionage, rape or something that both the host nation and the visiting nation considers to be a serious crime, they may ask the visiting country to allow the host country to prosecute the ambassador/diplomat in the host nation's court of law. If the visiting nation refuses, the host nation has the right to expel and ban said diplomat/ambassador from the country indefinitely.
Section II: All nations signing this act may not declare war on one another until this summit has officially ended. Any current hostilities must be suspended until this summit has come to a conclusion.
Section III: Nations may not use the threat of military intervention, nuclear attack, terrorism or anything else that is considered a threat to another nation to get them to do something or give something to another nation against their wishes. Nations may place economic sanctions on other nations if they feel like this is a reasonable response.
Setion IV: This act may be amended, changed or added to if there is a good reason to change it. Any changes must be accepted by at least 2/3rds of the nations who have signed this act for the changes to be official.
