The Exceutive Senate Purchasing Panel of the Free and Armed Republic would like to place an order with your company. We hope and expect a pleasant outcome and by studying your designs have every faith in our decision to consider opening up dealerships for your product throughout our small but proud nation. The President-for-Life would like to place an order for 22 -M8 LWB Stadhouder (with all safety options) $500,000 each. Also the capitol's police department would like to place a futher order for 100 H Series Interceptor Sedans, $110,000 each. Also the President himself in interested in buying one (1) R12 Supersport for his own personal use, $310,000.
Altogether we have intructed our Treasury to trasfer $22,310,000 to your accounts.
We have a question however from our Security agencies asking if the C-Series can be armored and equiped by your company as is the M8 along with advanced communication equiptment.
Thank you.
We are looking forward to recieving our shipment.

First you must understand that Forza is by no means a small company and is not in need of economic assistance by any standards. While we accept that JungastianInternational would most likely increase our profits, we cannot imagine profits increasing anymore than 3-5% over what Forza would normally make. For us then to lose 25% of our profits is very unfair to this company.
So unfortunately, as the deal stands we must reject. However we are open to negotiation.

We would however like to open into negotiations and wondered where you would invite us to enter our bid.

We would be interested in selling a small part of our company to JungastianInternational in exchange for an opening into the Jungastian market. Further more, 20% of all profits from the Jungastian arm of Forza will be returned to JungastianInternational. We think this deal would be more than fair, what are your thoughts on this?

Dear Sir,
We at the LexTrust cannot lie that we are interested in the deal that is being struck between your two companies. We would like to present a rival offer to your corporation for a 15% stake in Forza. This would enable Forza to become an official partner of the Lex Trust, and have an equal say among other members about what you wish to to with the profits made from your companies (please note that only the 15% that the LexTrust would own would count as your profits, but you'd have full speaking rights).
We feel that this would not only benefit Forza in having the ability to make decisions with other corporations, but it would mean an economic-alliance which would mean shared advertising and much more. Members of the Trust keep their individual Board of Directors, but also meet the other Trust members, which forms a central Board. Forza's Board would still have power to make decisions, and control of Forza would be entirely devolved.
We strongly urge you to consider our request. We are willing to increase or decrease our stake purchase offer until it is satisfactory for you. We are currently not sure of a price for Forza's 15%, and would like to inquire you to offer a price.
Sincerely,
John Abraham

PS: If you were wondering that it might be unfair because of the "Lex" part of the name and the several members called "Lex", let us tell you some history. Lex Corporation was a former entity of Gordonopian Enterprises. Since Gordonopian Enterprises ceased to be active, the four constituents of Lex Corporation split, but agreed to form an alliance called the Lex Trust. Recently, Royal Hotels joined, and steps have been made to rename it The Trust. So far, the Lex Trust is the official name, but everybody calls it the Trust.

We would like you to note that the deal is not to purchase a significant part of Forza, it is to invest in Forza and allow them an entry into the lucrative Jungastian market. We would be taking a part of the profit of the joint venture as we shall be funding a large part of it. That is better news for us and that does improve our position in your nation. May we enquire as whether we should reopen some dealerships in major cities?
As for a peoples car, we reccomend either the B4, which is very reliable, affordable and has excellent fuel economy, or the larger E4 which is well equipped, spacious while also being relatively affordable and reliable, although the E4 is slightly heavier on fuel. Either car would be a great choice.
