Forza Automotive Company - Experience Hydrogen Power

Postby KUMONIWANALAYYA » Wed Feb 17, 2010 1:17 pm

Good Morning.
The Exceutive Senate Purchasing Panel of the Free and Armed Republic would like to place an order with your company. We hope and expect a pleasant outcome and by studying your designs have every faith in our decision to consider opening up dealerships for your product throughout our small but proud nation. The President-for-Life would like to place an order for 22 -M8 LWB Stadhouder (with all safety options) $500,000 each. Also the capitol's police department would like to place a futher order for 100 H Series Interceptor Sedans, $110,000 each. Also the President himself in interested in buying one (1) R12 Supersport for his own personal use, $310,000.

Altogether we have intructed our Treasury to trasfer $22,310,000 to your accounts.

We have a question however from our Security agencies asking if the C-Series can be armored and equiped by your company as is the M8 along with advanced communication equiptment.

Thank you.
We are looking forward to recieving our shipment.

Exceutive Senate Purchasing Panel of the Free and Armed Republic

Your order as totals:
22x M8 LWB Stadhouder $11,000,000
100x H8 Interceptor Sedan $11,000,000
1x R12 SuperSport $310,000
- discount 10%
Grand total $20,079,000

We have granted your nation a discount based on its size as a goodwil gesture. We do not expect the total to be paid off at once, if your nation would like to pay the total in several small installments, that is certainly fine by us.

In reply to your query, yes it would be theoretically possible to armour the C-Series and fit it with advanced communications equipment, however we already sell an armoured SUV which is the G8 Hard Car. The G-Series is much larger and faster than the C series and is far more capable off-road than its smaller sibling. Because the G8 HC is already in production, it would also be cheaper to purchase the G8 HC rather than a special C series. We highly recommend the G8 Hard Car, however you may still opt for a new armoured C-Series, although it will be more expensive and slighly inferior to the G8 HC.

First you must understand that Forza is by no means a small company and is not in need of economic assistance by any standards. While we accept that JungastianInternational would most likely increase our profits, we cannot imagine profits increasing anymore than 3-5% over what Forza would normally make. For us then to lose 25% of our profits is very unfair to this company.

So unfortunately, as the deal stands we must reject. However we are open to negotiation.

We do understand very clearly the size of Forza, and would like to impress the size of the JungastianInternational Investment Fund.

We would however like to open into negotiations and wondered where you would invite us to enter our bid.

We would be interested in selling a small part of our company to JungastianInternational in exchange for an opening into the Jungastian market. Further more, 20% of all profits from the Jungastian arm of Forza will be returned to JungastianInternational. We think this deal would be more than fair, what are your thoughts on this?

I am sorry for not communicating with your for a long time, but it's just that my company is going through some hard times right now. Due the massive expansion of our company and the opening of SMC Ltd, a new marque; we have gotten into major expenses and I am forced to cancel the Shaf-Forza venture to conserve capital in this harsh global economic climate. I hope we don't have any hard feelings between our companies.

Dear Sir/Madam

We at LexAir are committed to providing the best possible offers to guests on our flights, at a rate which is high enough to keep our company afloat, so we can continue providing a fantastic service. For years, we've been searching for ways to "level up" our services, such as larger In Flight Entertainment Systems, and our coveted "Project.Falcon".

We believe that is time to reward our LexFirst customers. Our Board of Directors got to brainstorming, and we decided to look for a car manufacturer, and ask them to commission a limousine. We then saw Forza, and we decided to request you to commission that machine.

We'd like it to be an extended version of the "S-Series" in looks, but apart from that it must be top of the range. We are willing to pay large amounts of money for this, and would like to secure a deal which requires the limousine not be sold to other companies (note: companies not individuals) for a long period of time.

Thanks!

Sincerely,
John Abraham

Dear Sir,

We at the LexTrust cannot lie that we are interested in the deal that is being struck between your two companies. We would like to present a rival offer to your corporation for a 15% stake in Forza. This would enable Forza to become an official partner of the Lex Trust, and have an equal say among other members about what you wish to to with the profits made from your companies (please note that only the 15% that the LexTrust would own would count as your profits, but you'd have full speaking rights).

We feel that this would not only benefit Forza in having the ability to make decisions with other corporations, but it would mean an economic-alliance which would mean shared advertising and much more. Members of the Trust keep their individual Board of Directors, but also meet the other Trust members, which forms a central Board. Forza's Board would still have power to make decisions, and control of Forza would be entirely devolved.

We strongly urge you to consider our request. We are willing to increase or decrease our stake purchase offer until it is satisfactory for you. We are currently not sure of a price for Forza's 15%, and would like to inquire you to offer a price.

Sincerely,

PS: If you were wondering that it might be unfair because of the "Lex" part of the name and the several members called "Lex", let us tell you some history. Lex Corporation was a former entity of Gordonopian Enterprises. Since Gordonopian Enterprises ceased to be active, the four constituents of Lex Corporation split, but agreed to form an alliance called the Lex Trust. Recently, Royal Hotels joined, and steps have been made to rename it The Trust. So far, the Lex Trust is the official name, but everybody calls it the Trust.

Dear Heinrich Freidmann,

We would like to inform you that The Trust isn't a foreign company. It is an conglomerate of independent bodies who have the right to do whatever they please. It is simply a way to increase profits through subsidized advertising and other means. It also allows other companies to produce products at low prices for each other.

We will respect the views of Forza's Board of Directors, and will not attempt a hostile takeover bid. What we will do, if accepted, is that we will own 15% of the company. Forza may keep their 15% profits, but must pay a low fee of $15,000 per month, which is a standard membership fee of The Trust. However, we will pay almost 15 times this to buy our stake in Forza.

Thank you,

On Behalf of the Trust Members,

John Abraham

Limousine for Lex Air

ImageImage

We have temporarily designated this model the MS-Series, however we feel that Lex-Air should have naming rights. This model is not based on the S-Series at all, but built entirely on the platform of the M-Series limousine. This was done because converting the S-Series to a large car would effectively ruin its roots as a sports car, and the platform of the M-Series is already well proven and easy to work with.

The most noticeable changes to the car are seen in the exterior. A nosejob on the car was performed to increase similarities to the S-Series, adding new lights, new grille and new radiator location. The engine bay remains the same, as do the powerplants and transmissions. Suspension has been stiffened and lowered to give the car a more sporting feel, however there are several different settings available for the car which the driver can easily control through the command function.

We expect pricing to resemble:

That would not be necessary. If Shaf is unable to complete this venture due to financial reasons it would be very unfair for Shaf to compensate the venture and then not receive anything in return. Forza has decided to press ahead with the development therefore we still expect to turn a profit from the soft-roader.

And now for some good news: The Hiadentship has been reinstalled for some time and the Hiadent (Joroakis Herrebrugh) has announced to reopen roads in built-up areas. The public transport system will also become more expensive (50 cents per station). The Hiadent has also showed interest in a car for the people, robust but affordable. What car could you recommend for the Hiadentship to import?

Signed, the Herrebrughian Transportation Board.

That is better news for us and that does improve our position in your nation. May we enquire as whether we should reopen some dealerships in major cities?

As for a peoples car, we reccomend either the B4, which is very reliable, affordable and has excellent fuel economy, or the larger E4 which is well equipped, spacious while also being relatively affordable and reliable, although the E4 is slightly heavier on fuel. Either car would be a great choice.

Yes just reopen them. The spaces your cardealerships where in havn't been filled by other companies so you can use the same stores as before.

Very well, we will open 5 of the previous dealerships and open more as time goes on, and hopefully as demand increases.

Done, because they would be 'a car for the people' we will lower the price of the base models to make sure they are affordable for everybody, and increase production and imports of those vehicles to Herrebrugh

NAZCA Concept Supercar
Image

We thought we would share a teaser image of our latest project, the NAZCA concept supercar. Later today, it was announced that the NAZCA would be produced as a mid-engined supercar alternative to our S-Series grand tourer.

Pricing is expected to be circa $150,000

[spoiler=About Me]Based on the United Kingdom, but enlarged version with alternate history.
On IIWiki
I have multiple puppets here; only a select few are used to represent the continent of Astholm; others used represent Westholme, and do not artificially boost my nation's statistics.Previously i used puppets with nation names that did not identify as Astholm (e.g. Australis Australia; now all new puppets use ASTHLM, NORTHLM, SOUTHLM, WESTHLM (HLM denoting The Holmes.
NOTE: Other uses of Astholm here have a different continuity and refer to work created by the user Astholm, not the nation

As the B-Series is a small car and the E-Series is a midsize car so this new car would be targeting a niche that doesn't really exist. The B-Series sedan, when available, claimed a very poor 5% of all total sales, the hatchback claiming the other 95%, which was the reason the line was discontinued. Because of that fact, we aren't sure this car will sell as strongly as our other two models.

Add that on to the fact we are in the process of designing and releasing 3 other new cars, this project will strech our resourses to the limit and cost far to much for little returns. Unfortunately, we must reject your offer.
