Subject: Contract for maritime transportation of goods agreement with Alleswerken General Trader and Import Share Ownership Limited Corporation

Dear Adari Nizan,

On the back of recent growth, representative of Alleswerken AG International Sales and Import Manager emailed me this morning to inform you of the company’s intention to accept the contract requirement set by your exporting body, re: Application for cargo shipping.

This agreement, between Harukian Cargo Lines, here and after to be recorded as Contractor, and Alleswerken General Trader and Import, a share ownership limited corporation organised under the laws of the country of the Kingdom of Alexandria, with its central office located at Executive Council Buildings Historic Reserve, 25 Parliament Square, to be recorded here and after as the Contractee.

For and in agreement with the terms and conditions specified in previous meetings and negotiations, and other subcontracted responsibilities, the parties agree to realise the following:

I. The Contractor agrees to realise for the Contractee, the transportation of goods by way of the Countless Regional Seas of the Nation States and International Incidents Communities, by and with the equipment and shipment services of the Contractor.

II. The Contractor agrees to realise for the Contractee, the successful pick up operation and delivery of goods, on behalf of the Contractee, to customers and subcontractors of the Contractee.

III. The Contractor agrees to accept the collection of payment for services rendered within twenty-one working days from the day proper documentation has been made and completed to the relevant local government authorities concerned.
