It sounds like a great contribution, but I would need something like a logo, and do you have a storefront?

Vibrance Ocean Voyages is pleased to announce that we have christened three new ships to our international fleet. As such, we would like to formally extend the invitation to Paladin Cinemas to continue as the exclusive cinema operator aboard these ships, just as Paladin operates aboard our six additional international ships.

The operation of Paladin Cinemas has been a wonderful addition to our current liners during times when the ship's guests are not otherwise involved in on-shore activities. Nights spent in port and times when the ship is at sea have become more entertaining with the operation of Paladin Cinemas on-board, and our guests have been quite appreciative. Especially helpful has been the showcasing of movies of interest relating to the ports of call we are serving, highlighting local places and actors and raising general excitement about the holidays our guests are taking.

We thank you for our partnership, and we hope to continue this partnership with the operation of the cinema on each of our three new ships.

Title: God War Mit Uns (God Was With Us, while the traditional Lonaran spelling of the word "God" is "Gott," this intentional misspelling is due to the spelling actually being the Falken spelling for God.)
Producer:Julia von Tulz
Director:Heinrich Gottlieb
Actors:Hermann Schneider, Francis K. Schulz, Joesef Junker, Kristoff Martin, Hanna T. Becker
Genre:War, Historical
Content Rating:R
Plot Summary:Based off of the acclaimed Lonaran novel of the same name, God War Mit Uns is a harrowing view of the NordoSlavician war from the eyes of a young, Lonaran enlisted man by the name of Jan Mai. It starts in the opening days of the war, with Jan being a young albeit naïve student who is soon to finish secondary school with aspirations of going on to University and becoming a doctor. Days following his graduation, then-Kaiser Karl Günsche Metzgermeister announced that the Reich was at war with the nation of Falkendom, following an attack on Lonara’s former colony of Surah-Ana.

In love with his country, (perhaps more so than the girl he left behind, a sparkling performance by Hanna T. Becker) Jan enlists the day after the outbreak of the war and after going through training, becomes a member of the Lonaran 7th Panzergrenadiers. Believing that his faith in God and his faith in the Reich will carry him through the war, Jan is inundated by the true horrors of mechanized warfare during the battle of Neuconcord where he witnesses the deaths of many of his friends.

As the movie progresses and the war continues, Jan realizes that his beliefs regarding what it means to be a Lonaran were the beliefs of an idealistic young man. He realizes that in the war he is fighting for his own survival and for the survival of the man next to him. He muses that in both himself and his friends, exists the Reich, and that preserving the Reich means preserving one another. The movie culminates in a dramatic climax, when Jan is wounded by a sniper’s bullet. He later wakes up in a Lonaran hospital, learning that war is over after it having lasted only six months. In bed with a shattered shoulder blade from the bullet (the doctors inform him that if it had been much lower, he would have certainly died, Jan decides that he will put the war behind him and work towards a better future for himself. The movie ends with Jan returning to his town and his girlfriend, wounded but alive. He decides that he is more convicted than ever, he does in fact wish to become a doctor. The movie paints a graphic, if realistic version of the events of the Lonaran war with Falkendom.

Dear Sir/Madam,

Tuskamo Productions has published a new movie End of Mankind. We would like to spread the word of End of Mankind by taking it to cinemas worldwide. Paladin Cinemas is one of them. The application is below:

Title: End of Mankind
Producer: Allen O' Brost
Director: Ian Mendez
Actors (main): Jack Gates (Trent McWarsh), Rose Lansher (Pauline Noca), Garfield Becker (General Sullivan)
Genre: Adventure, Humor, Drama
Content Rating: PG 13
Plot Summary:
Our great great great great great (and so on) grandchildren live in a world with flying cars, jet-packs, teleportation devices, and robots that obey every command. But, there is one thing that is not so great that time: The End of Mankind. A tiny hint of all dangerous things attack all at once. Little right? Not! The only people who can stop this are: Sgt. Trent McWarsh (the guy who likes to chill and have fun all the time and never gets serious), Sgt. Pauline Noca (the smart girl who corrects almost everyone), and great old General Sullivan leading the army. Scared? Don't worry, there're some good moments like Mr. McWarsh laughing so hard spilling milk out of his nose. Who knows how it might end.

Title: Connell Street
Producer: Danny Weeks, Cooking Films Productions
Director: George Cook
Actors: Alan Watts, Henry Oliva, Nicola Osborne, Gregory Hunt,
Genre: Crime Drama, Film Noir, Thriller, Police Prodcedural,
Content Rating: Rated X=Suitable for those over the age of 18 under Afalian classification guidelines. Contains strong violence, strong sex, strong language, strong drug use and adult themes.
Plot Summary:
'Connell Street' is the third and final film of George Cook's unofficial 'Rotten Afalia' trilogy-a series of three unconnected films exploring the moral underworld and gritty nastier side of Afalia's cities. Cook described the previous two films as the 'antithesis of the Afalian tourist board's image', in the sense that the popular tourist destinations of Blartleo and Newport were presented in a brutal and downbeat fashion with crime, poverty and corruption rampant. For 'Connell Street' Cook returns to his native Blackdon-Afalia's capital to explore themes of violence, corruption, individualism, loss and sacrifice.

The film begins with the brutally realistic and gritty murder of a local bookie in the titular Connell Street of east Blackdon-an area with a high drug rate, high immigration, low police numbers and the opportunity for corruption and crime. The bookie's death is investigated by Detective Inspector Edward Davies, played by veteran television and stage actor Alan Watts, a superb clean investigator with the Royal Blackdon Police Service who is something of a misanthrope. Although he despises the often brutal methods of his colleagues Davies has no interest in reporting or attempting to stop them. He is very much alone, very much on purpose.

The bookie's body, strangled to death, gives no clues but Davies canvassing of the street finds a number of people who saw the murder happen but failed to come forward out of fear. Davies soon discovers that the bookie owed money to a local loan shark and mobster known as the Ice Cream man. Davies returns to his Chief Inspector-played by Henry Oliva star of Afalian classic ‘The Sails’, with his suspicions who tells him to look into the Ice Cream man but not dig too far. Confused by his remarks Davies delves into the unsolved cases files to find 6 other unsolved murders of bookies, all strangled in the same manner tracking back ten years. Alarmed he confronts his chief inspector who tells Davies that the Ice Cream man is dangerous and clever. Determined to solve all of the murders Davies tracks down the lead investigator-now retired, to a nursing home where the former policeman advises him not to bother with trying to solve the murder and stay safe.

Frustrated at the defeatist attitude of his colleagues Davies immerses himself in Connell Street and its surrounding neighbourhood. His journey takes him from drug dealers, prostitutes, local ‘enforcers’, addicts, local business owners, thieves, average families and local constables on the beat. Although he struggles at first to gather evidence he begins to use bribes, the buying of drugs for addicts and other illicit means to build a case and soon he has overwhelming evidence against the Ice Cream man. After a raid on a brothel by the organised crime squad Davies gains his key witness, a prostitute played by newcomer Nicola Osborne, who works for the Ice Cream man and has overheard him ordering a number of killings becomes fixated on Davies-his symbolism as an escape from her present life. Davies, though disgusted with her and himself, sleeps with her, buys her presents and cares for her in order to keep his case afloat.

Ready to prosecute Davies returns to his chief inspector who reviews the case but tells him it’s no good as more witnesses will be needed, especially ones with good character. Furious Davies resorts to violence against both men and women in an effort to ‘buy’ them over and eventually a number agree to appear as witnesses. Davies returns to his house one evening to a telephone call from ‘the friend of the Ice Cream man’ asking for him to come in. Ignoring it Davies goes to bed to prepare for a formalisation of the case tomorrow before it goes on for the prosecution.

The next day Davies wakes up and begins to gather his witnesses, only to find that all of them are either missing or now refusing to appear as witnesses and demanding their statements be redacted. Hoping his key witness-the local prostitute won’t be turned Davies drives to her dwelling to take her to his house and ‘stash’ her away. However the prostitute refuses to open her door and from a window up above tells Davies to go away as she does not know him and will call the police.

With nowhere else to turn Davies answers the message from the friend of the Ice Cream man who invites Davies to a real ice cream truck back on Connell Street. There Davies finally comes face to face with the Ice Cream man-in a underplayed performance by Gregory Hunt, classically trained actor and former Afalian Film Institute award winner. The Ice Cream man offers Davies a bribe for him to stop investigating, drop his case and report to his chief inspector that the murder of the bookie will be impossible to solve. Fearing the worst if he doesn’t Davies accepts the bribe and ends his investigation.

Davies, as the Ice Cream man told him to do, reports to his chief inspector that the murder will be impossible to solve and the case he presented for the prosecution of the Ice Cream man will not be strong enough. Quietly and secretly the chief inspector asks Davies if he accepted a bribe and Davies admits that he did. The chief inspector, seemingly uncaring tells Davies to take the rest of the day off and start work again tomorrow. In a final twist Davies, at home resting, opens the door to police officers from the Special Internal Investigations Unit (internal affairs) who arrest him for corruption and bribery. The film ends as it began with another dead body, this time of the prostitute (Osborne), strangled and left on Connell Street.

Aside from the primary crime story 'Connell Street' is a lament to the old Blackdon of the pre-war era. Cook makes fine use of the bombed out centre of the city, including Millshire and although the war is never directly discussed it forms an undertone throughout the film.
