Is this land available only to governments for embassy use, or is it potential ground for any interest willing to pay for it?

The above statement makes it a moot point. However, the Confederacy is always interested in improving diplomatic relations with all nations, whether or not we specifically agree with your political methods. What are the details with this territory.

"We will allow you to build but you must decide where each city is differnt "M" is a military city "KC" is a industial city and "A" is a agricultural city so I can't allow to build unless you decide also if you wish to have a private buissness it most be a free trade company where any can buy portions this is a safty measure so that you do not become a powerhouse but we will allow you to build for free if you give us 25% of the stock."

TerraTek International, Incorporated is interested in purchasing land in an industrial city for a corporate office. Any citizens of any nation are welcome to purchase stock in the corporation or its subsidiaries, provided these stocks are for sale and the individual is capable of affording them. How much is the land per-acre?

As the corporation is a private interest, not a government, there will be no embassy for TerraTek.

However, the Confederate government is interested in setting up an embassy in Mednogorsk in addition to the TerraTek proposal.

That said...

TerraTek International Incorporated is interested in purchasing 10 acres in KC for use as a corporate office.

Libertarian Governance would be interested in buying 10 acres of land in your largest industrial city for a trade and cultural exchange (non-profit) mission in Mednogorsk. We will also like to build an embassy next to our trade mission on another 4 acres. We also invite your good nation to build an embassy in LG.

Sincerely,

Tom McWain
Chief of Foreign Affairs

We will allow building to begin for your corporation (remember stocks will keep you in favor, the reason we don't like private buissness is because it can become largely corrupt and begin corrupting the government) and we hope the you will enjoy Karaden and in "M" we have a farely large military force, and most of our boot camps are there so if you need help theres always extra recruits.

We thank you so much. Our trade and cultural exchange is a non-profit mission in Mednogorsk but we will issue the Karadenian government 25% of the stock of this non-profit corporation. We look forward to increased levels of trade and tourism and please notify us when you finish construction of your harbor and airport.

Sincerely,

Tom McWain
