My country, The New Earth Coalition, is willing to sponsor ANY nation who can come up with the best idea to create faster-than-light capable ships. My country will provide all resources, work force, and technology. All we need is to have an idea.

A particle accelerator of charged fermions, creating a space time distortion similar to a 'wormhole', as a gravitational maximum is reached. Once the accelerator has reached a sufficient velocity, computers manipulate the created space time distortion using high density electro-magnetic fields, which distort space time aft an in front of the ship. The ship then uses conventional thrusters to propel itself into the hole, and emergences at another point in space.

You have no clue how this stuff works, do you?

A wormhole without exotic matter is pinched off in the middle firming an infinitely small point to fit through, he would be crushed halfway through. You might be saying "I said like a wormhole" we'll you won't find anything like a wormhole short of manipulating reality. Even if you could create a wormhole to go through the best that you would do is move the entrance. The other end would be completely randomly placed. He could fly into the middle of a star. You have failed to note this as well. Thirdly, a particle accelerator would not create a wormhole the way you are describing it. That is not how you create a wormhole. Wormholes are created by (if you accept the theory that wormholes exist everywhere to be true) 'blowing up' the tiny wormhole all over space and stabilize them using exotic matter.
