Dear Mr. de Sa Pacheco of Imperial Oil;

Good day sir!

Due to the expected closure of Maynila International Airport's local producer and seller of Jet A1 Fuel, we would like to open up a business contract with your company for the production and selling of said goods. Being an international airport, we are opening up a purchase order for the Jet A1 Fuel on a monthly basis and please expect our purchases to increase as the number of aircraft being serviced in our airport also increases. We request that your company deliver this oil to our nation's premier seaport in Maynila but from there our airport's fuel trucks will transport it unto the airport grounds so your transportation services will only be until the port of Maynila. We expect this delivery be done at the end of the month and the money will be wired as soon as we receive the delivery. For now, the duration of this contract will be 5 years but the Maynila International Airport Authority reserves the right to renew or not to renew this once the contract expires.

The details of this purchase order can be found below.

As an addition to this, we will also be sending two fuel-quality inspectors from the National Commission on Transportation Safety to check and double-check the quality of your products. (Although we believe this is no longer necessary due to our research on your company and interviews from your previous clients, our national laws dictate this procedure to be done to all products imported in bulk) Please expect them to arrive within 3 days of this message being sent.

To conclude, we expect the first arrival of the 700,000 barrels on the 30th of September, 2013.
