The Imperialist Spartanian Empire has taken interest in your company.
As a nation with a large military, oil is a major dependent. Though there are oil fields and reserves within the empire we, the High Council (ruling body of the empire), have deemed that it would be better to save those for special times of crisis. Therefore I have been instructed to enter into talks with your company on setting up a year long contract on oil supply. Hopefully this idea interest you as much as it interest us. If the quality of fuel and service meets our standards we would of course renew this contract, for a longer period of time.

As was discussed privately, the promised contract follows.

The Imperial Spartanian Empire, ruled over by the High Council of the Imperialist State of Nu Sparta, hereby reserves sixty million barrels of sweet crude oil at the current standard rate, as of February Twenty-Eightieth of the year Two Thousand and Thirteen (Feb. 28, 2013) for the length of one year, the contract beginning on March Fifteenth of the year Two Thousand and Thirteen (Mar. 15 2013)

The following list states conditions that must be meet by IMPERIALOIL:

- IMPERIALOIL will set aside a minimum of five million barrels monthly for the Imperial Spartanian Empire until the end of this contract
- IMPERIALOIL will have barrels in a ready-for-pickup state on the 15th, 20th, and 30th of every month (29th if the 30th cannot be applied)
- IMPERIALOIL will allow inspection of the product every three months by a designated inspector chosen by the High Council
- IMPERIALOIL will accept the return of any product not deemed to meet the standards of the Imperial Spartanian Empire

The following list states conditions that must be meet by the Imperial Spartanian Empire (ISE)

- The ISE will make monthly payments upon the readying of the reserved product by IMPERIALOIL
- The ISE will make pick ups of readied product on the 15th, 20th, and 30th of every month (29th is 20th cannon be applied)
- The High Council will provide transport for supplied inspector to conduct product inspection
- The ISE must accept any product deemed to meet standards

The High Council of the Imperial Spartanian Empire accepts these current terms and subjects this draft to IMPERIALOIL executives for changes.

our product first quality coming from the best technological refineries though we will always be open to any queries or
complaints you may have. Concerning the monthly shipment please advise us if you want the same quantities to be dispatched
three times a month which is 1666.6 barrels for every time. The next shipment will be scheduled for the fifteenth of March
of 2013.

In concern to the amount of product picked up upon each shipment we would collect our total of 5 million barrels per month in the order of 1.6 million barrels on the 15th, 1.8 million on he 20th, and the last 1.6 million on the 30th (or 29th if the 30th cannot be applied). This way we will receive our entire 5 million barrels exactly as ordered and payed for without being off by a small percentage. Pick up will be done by government owned ships flying the Imperial Spartanian flag and crest below it. Upon first pick up and inspector will be present in order to access the product for the first time.
We are sure your product is top of the line and look forward to an extended contract in the future.
