We did, however, have several issues with this last application and would like to review it with you to make sure we understand your wants and that you see the obstacles that this may cause.

1. You are requesting 2 locations in one airport. This sets up an immediate competition between the two pubs. A situation that we would rather have between ourselves and an actual competitor. In other words, we would be taking money from one pocket to put into another, a ridiculous proposition.

2. You requested they be small. Within reason, we can minimize the size, but part of the pub's atmosphere is that it is a fully encapsulated entertaining venue. We would not want to become your average, run of the mill, strip-along-a-wall airport bar, when we have so much more to offer than just being a 'watering trough'. So, again, what would be invested in putting together 2 overlapping lackluster locations, we would rather put into one appropriately sized location in a centralized location within the airport.

3. We need around the clock security for our location inside an airport? This suggests that there is not adequate security for the airport as a whole. In this day and age, not having a well secured port is asking for trouble from elements that seek to destabilize both your nation and world links to each other. While we don't necessarily seek to put BreuPubs in upscale areas, at the same time, we don't look to set them up for failure by putting them somewhere that our patrons will not feel safe to enjoy themselves. As our patrons would also most likely be travelers, in such a location that is not so secure, they might not really want to stay stationary in one spot that would be such a welcoming target. For this reason alone, we may really need to rethink commencing such a location, and any of our previous locations in other Lolomzain ports.

4. You requested less alcohol be served. While our servers are trained not to overserve patrons to the point of extreme intoxication, part of the whole point of having a Breu (brew) pub is the focus is around the beer and other spirits. Asking to take that focus away is really taking out a big part of what makes up the Burgunden BreuPub character. We might as well be any other restaurant chain at that point. Again, this is another point, that just on its own would give us pause.

For the location sizes, the one in Kassidy should be able to be our standard operating size, as no reason has been given otherwise, while the one in the airport will naturally be a bit minimized due to space constraints that tend to be at issue in such a facility.
