Burgunden Breu Pubs

Postby Neu Engollon » Mon Feb 04, 2013 11:06 am

Burgunden Breu Pubs are steeped in tradition almost as old the Confederacy itself. The first pub opened on Tiermacht Strasse, right next to the Burgunden Breuerie, just a few decades after the breuerie was already churning out the most popular beverages in the city.

Burgunden Breu Pubs, a division of Burgunden Breueries is now expanding operations. We are looking to open a location in your nation. There are already many successful locations in malls, cities, airport terminals, parks, cruise ships and other various locations throughout the globe. We offer an experience that is both unique and familiar at the same time. We have the best selection of award winning beers and ales from around the world, including our own extensive varieties brewed by a sanctioned Assistant Master Brewer and Apprentice Brewers trained under the main Burgunden Breuerie House. Service is guaranteed, as well, to have one licensed Beer Steward on staff at all times. Our chefs are award winning, having a repertoire of native Neu Engollian cuisine and many International styles. At our locations outside the Confederacy, we recruit chefs and kitchen staff, and of course, serving staff, from the local areas to expand the experience and help to cater to local and regional patrons. Menu options vary by location to suit local palates, but also carry several BreuPub standards. We look forward to bringing our fantastic, fun experience to a location near you!

We will be happy to serve you!

Opening a Pub Location

Postby Neu Engollon » Mon Feb 04, 2013 11:07 am

Opening a Burgunden BreuPub in your Nation!

PLEASE TRY TO USE IC COVER LETTER WITH A NAME OF A CONTACT (Gov. or Corp.) We will not open more than 50 locations in any nation and prefer to open even less if possible. Opening restaurant locations are expensive and can sap a company's budget immensely if they turn out to fail after the first year, which many restaurants do, no matter how expertly managed, due to many factors.

We also would prefer not to dilute our own brand by over saturating a particular market. Please be reasonable in requests.
Please name cities/locations (or cruise ships) they will be located in. If locations are not named, request may be ignored. If there are more than one location requested in each city, please put a certain district or address with each location. We have distribution in line and do not offer independent franchises at this time, preferring to run each location direct through BB Corporate. We are a brewpub (BEER) themed restaurant, so...If your nation does not allow alcohol consumption then please do not apply.

BURGUNDEN BREUPUB

A fun, family atmosphere with an international pub flavor. Serving all of your favorite Burgunden Breus, plus some extra varieties on tap. National cuisine favorites side by side with some International top choices, and regional choices depending on the location. There is a back fun room with arcade games, darts and billiards. In most locations there is also a small stage for entertainment.

Glass sizes vary for available beers, with some only having one size offered, so please ask for closest desired size. There is also a full stocked bar for liquors other than ales, beers & ciders.

GERTNER'S CIDERS
We now serve cider from Gertner's Cider Mill. There is a rotating selection of ciders on tap, so your request may be served in a bottle instead:

CLASSIC APPLE
Your basic, classic apple cider with a kick. Gertner's uses the most premium apples for the fermentation process.
ROASTED PECAN
Pecans and other nuts and spices give a robust smoky flavor to this apple based cider
CHAI
Eastern Spices infuse this cider during its fermentation.
BERRY
Apple and berry mix fermented in special barrels
PEAR
No apples used in the process, all natural pear fermented cider.
APRICOT
Again, no apples, all apricots in a fruity, velvety richly textured nectar.
SEASONAL
Please ask server for what is the current seasonal special variety on tap.
SOFT
Non-alcoholic dry cider that can be enjoyed by the whole family.

HOUSE BEERS & ALES

GOLDEN CROSS LAGER
A very easy, smooth drinking lager with a low ABV (3.8%). It is a blue collar institution in Neu Engollon and now quickly becoming a standard in the world. Golden Cross was an independent breuerie near Albertville established 70 years ago by Guillaume Monyer Sr. It was infused with new life by BB, in order that a classic brand not be lost to the ages.

GOLDEN CROSS LIYT
The much in demand GCL, or Golden Cross Liyt, is a lower calorie beer that comes in under 80 calories but doesn't sacrifice flavor while dropping calories. 'Gimme a Gee Cee El!' is a favorite phrase heard in the local corner bars, and can now be heard in Burgunden Breupubs.

CHATEAUX
A light bodied, crisp pilsner, golden in color; It is a widely loved favorite for light beers in Neu Engollon and a selection that has been in our repertoire since almost the beginning. (AVBF 2014 Gold Medal; 2012 & 2013 Silver Medal)

SHADOW SHANDY
A dark malted wheat mixed with lemonade, but still soft on the nose; A unique shandy that is more bold and has more bite than many of your typical, light summer shandies. (AVBF 2013 Silver Medal)

KRIEG KOLSCH
A moderate, crisp beer with a light spiced, hoppy mouthfeel; A traditional kolsch that has been drunk by seafaring and farming folk alike, a newer twist on an old recipe.

81 ALE
A hearty, hoppy India pale ale, but still clean aftertaste due to a well maintained amount of Alpha and Beta acids that strike a balance of flavor and bitterness; A standard with BB and it's avid loyalists, 7 extreme hops that keep building up with its double and triple varieties. (AVBF 2013 Gold Medal; 2012 & 2014 Silver Medal)

ROUGE RYE ALE
A robust, amber rye ale, brilliant in color and moderate in body; Made with 5 kinds of hops, Maltropian Barlye and rye - it's process has been refined for generations. It is the pride of BB, especially after taking 1st place at the AVBF. (AVBF 2012 Gold Medal; 2013 & 2014 Silver Medal)

FERME TERRE SAISON
A creamy, but light Belgian farm style ale; Made with citrus, coriander and other spices and slightly bitter hops from the Albertville area. The yeast is extremely aggressive like most Belgian style ales. Traditionally like the home kegs farmers always had brewing and on hand for daily drinking and celebrating. (AVBF 2014 Gold Medal; 2013 & 2014 Silver Medal)

GRANPAPPY'S GRUIT
A rich, piney, earthy spiced drink that comes from a very old recipe passed down through the centuries. It has a bitter aftertaste and then a sweet floral mouthfeel following that can overwhelm the senses. A strong cult favorite with many, it was originally unavailable outside the main Burgunden Breuerie until now. (AVBF 2013 & 2014 Gold Medal)

SCHIELE STOUT
A thick, black malted stout; Named after one of the heroes that threw back the Napoleonic invaders in the early 19th Century, a hearty, thick drink made for a hero of the Confederacy. Schiele is aged in oak barrels before shipping out in order for the black malt to build up a rich flavor. (AVBF 2013 Silver Medal)

BERRY LAMBIC
A fruity, syrupy dessert lambic; This lambic serves the place of a dessert liqueur at dinner tables across Neu Engollon. (AVBF 2012 & 2013 Gold Medal)

OTHER BREWS & ALES ON TAP:

PILSNERS AND LAGERS

LION LAGER
Golden roasted malt in colour with a hint of fruit and caramel flavouring, it is very slightly sweet with less hop notes, good for thirsty workers at the end of a long day, the flagship beer of the brewery. 4.8% ABV.
From Lion Brewing in Londinium, Nova Anglicana. (AVBF 2014 Silver Medal)

SHADOW VALLEY PILSNER
Golden, with a small, firm, white head, this beer opens with a slight, crisp bite of bitter hoppiness and ends with a lightly malty, almost slightly sweet finish. This is Iron Eagle of Smertolina’s most popular commercially produced beer, and with good reason. (AVBF 2012 & 2013 Gold Medal; 2014 Silver Medal)

WALRUS LAGER
Made by the monks of Moon Town monastery, this is the premier favorite brew from Nouvel Ecosse. Get it on tap or in its unique bottle shaped like a walrus. Exclusive only at BB or through Attico's Drinkeries, the owner of the brand. (AVBF 2013 & 2014 Gold Medal)

BADLANDER BEER
A recipe straight from the Southern Badlands of Nouvel Ecosse. It packs a bucking bronco of a wallop, but still goes down smooth. Like Walrus Lager, you can only find this beer at BB or the originating brewer, Attico's Drinkeries.

SKOLL
A light drinking lager that is easy on the palate and the brain. It is the premier brand from Reino do Brasil's Skoll Brewing, with a shockingly low 2% ABV.

CLASSIC 'GET IT DOWN YER' LAGER
Their famous beer that is popular all over Apox and Esportiva. Also from the Window Road Brewery in Dwile, Apox. (4.5% ABV)

PALE ALES, WHEATS AND AMBERS

APRICOT HARBOR ALE
Apricot Harbor Ale is yellow in color with a hint of red tinging and a markedly cloudy hue. It has a sweet apricot aroma with a complexity heightened by a blend of apricots. Apricots take the lead in the flavor, with a smooth finish of a traditional wheat beer with barley undertones and 5.1%. From Beacon Point Brewery in Apricot Harbor, Coastal Communities. (AVBF 2014 Gold Medal)

HUNTER'S PALE ALE
Dark gold and full-bodied, with a hoppy nose and assertive-but-balanced flavors of pale malts and citrusy floral hops from start to finish. (5.9%)
From Lion Brewing in Londinium, Nova Anglicana. (AVBF 2014 Silver Medal)

BREADHEAD
An up and coming wheat brew, Breadhead has some excellent flavors in it. From a tiny citrus to a little banana it finishes clean and is not overly mouth heavy. This brew mixes three malts to achieve its overall flavor and feel with some light hops to compliment its overall palette. The single hop is of the Mt. Hood variety and infused twice during boil. It is very light in color but a little more golden yellow compared to the Rising Moon. It is a very mellow brew but does have a bit more bready tones in it. 5% ABV.
From Brewvarian Brews in Zorg, Copperwies, HopNation. (AVBF 2014 Silver Medal)

FIERY HERRING
A rich amber ale from Window Road Brewery in Dwile, Apox. (5% ABV)

BLOOD OF THE INVADER RED ALE
Ruby-red, with a hoppy, fruity, plum-like aroma, a smooth, malty body and a dry finish. Named for the many battles, victories, and losses throughout Smertolina's history. From Smertolina's Iron Eagle. (AVBF 2013 & 2014 Gold Medal; 2012 Silver Medal)

ROMBERGIAN ALE: A complement to the Imperial Lager, it is a lighter variant of the beers produced in the Principality, having a 3% alcohol content. Again produced with the spring water from the Ålberg range and locally grown hops, this light-yellow brew has a refreshing taste with a mountain berry flavour that would bring you straight into the mountainous forests of central Romberg. From the Rombergian Union of Breweries. (AVBF 2013 & 2014 Gold Medal)

IPAs AND SPICED ALES

MARINER CPA
Mariner CPA is a balanced but strongly hopped Coastal Pale Ale. It is light golden amber in color, and its hoppy haze disapates as the beer rises in temperature. It has an aroma of piny hops and understated malt substructure. The full body balances the citrusy flavor and spicy finish with lingering bitterness, all results of its superior hop schedule. 6.4% ABV. From Beacon Point Brewery in Apricot Harbor, Coastal Communities. (AVBF 2014 Gold Medal)

REIFF SPICED BREW
Hints of chili and cayenne pepper make it obvious that this was an attempt to merge traditional Olwean food flavors with traditional German beer flavors. It's got some kick on it, but still goes down surprisingly smooth. From Reiff Breweries in Olwe. (AVBF 2013 & 2014 Silver Medal)

ANDRANA IPA
In Racaoan, Andrana means 'taste'. This name is very appropriate for our hoppiest beer, filled with Racaoan hops and malt. A delicate balance between its great flavor and its bitterness is achieved with a secret recipe, only known to our master brewers who combine all of the home-grown elements into one of the heartiest, best beers on the Racaoan market. From Dukedom Drinks of Racao.

WICKED WIZMAN
The Wicked Wizman uses a blend of Warrior Hops to achieve its hoppy goodness. It is also brewed with roughly a 50/50 mix of wheat and pale malts with a small amount of caramel and black malts for its color along with a few flavor notes. This is a standard ABV brew for the style and is at a 6.6%, its color rating shows as a 14 SRM acquired from the caramel and black malts, and has an IBU of 60.
From Brewvarian Brews in Zorg, Copperwies, HopNation.

LIGHT SHINE IPA
Eagle Star Brewing's India Pale Ale, which has a fairly hoppy taste and a 5.9% ABV. Eagle Star Brewing, founded by Kim Leuyng-Sang, is the sole brewing company of Farrian Republic and has been in operation for almost a century. (AVBF 2013 Silver Medal)

MEADS AND FRUIT BREWS
~ Most brew pubs are lucky to have one mead on the menu. We have four!

SLIVAMEDA PLUM MEAD
Honey from Royal Smertolinsky Farms' beehives (noted for its floral and herbal tones) is fermented with a combination of sweet and tart plum species to produce a fruit mead that is crisp rather than cloying. Produced by Royal Smertolinsky Farms of Smertolina. (AVBF 2013 & 2014 Gold Medal)

THRYSE TH BLAKKE STRYPED
At an eye-watering 18%, Hodgepodgryre an'Sonnes of Paradystopia's 'Three Black Stripe' mead is a dangerous beverage. It's initial warm heathery taste with subtle hints of cinnamon, pepper and tobacco near completely obscure it's mischievous potency whilst it's sweet aroma draws you further into it's devilish jaws. Complex flavours lurk below the surface of this enigmatic drink for those brave enough to continue the voyage. (AVBF 2014 Silver Medal)

MONK'S CHOICE MEAD
A heavy, sweet mead made from fresh honey from the monasteries own bee hives. The bottles come with an original beeswax cap. From Cooper St. Brewers in the City & Realm of God (AVBF 2012 Gold Medal; 2013 Silver Medal)

NORD MEAD
Using an ancient recipe passed along from generation to generation, Nord Mead is brewed using honey and has a 10% alcohol content. Nord Mead is extremely refreshing and cooling again due to freeze treatment, but also rather sweet due to its sugar content. What is distinctive about Nord Mead is its taste, of wild berries grown in the central mountains, because all honey is collected from hives situated in the area. From the Rombergian Union of Breweries, Romberg.

STARO BEOGRADSKO SPECIJAL
Available only in some special locations in Beograd. When poured in the pint, because of the low carbonation, the drink doesn't hardly foam because of the special production process. It was made by spontaneous fermenting using the type of bacteria found only in the area around Beograd. It is held in large wooden casks together with the yeast and bacteria. This unusual process gives the beer its distinctive flavour: dry, vinous, and cidery, usually with a sour aftertaste. 7% ABV.
From Carigradska Carska Pivara AD in Carigrad, Nikolia. (AVBF 2014 Silver Medal)

DARK ALES AND BREWS

MANASTIRKO
Made by the old recipes of Nikolian monks of the Kalistasia (Mont Athos of Astyria), this beer style is probably one of the most respected in Nikolia. It is said that this beer is shipped directly to the Imperial Palace and that the Tsar really enjoys it. Crafted in the old monasteries, this beer has a very special taste that moves from the taste of malt to the aftertaste of incense used in prayers and liturgies.
6% ABV.
From Carigradska Carska Pivara AD in Carigrad, Nikolia. (AVBF 2014 Gold Medal)

REIFF DARK ALE
A darker, heavier offering. Rich malty flavor with just the right amount of bitterness to let you know there's alcohol in it. From Reiff Breweries in Olwe. (AVBF 2014 Gold Medal)

BISHOP'S SUPPER BOCK
Brown with an enormous, expansive white head, this has a mouth-filling malty, buttery flavor described as being like drinking fresh-baked barm bread. From Canons of St. Christopher’s Cathedral in Smertolina. A Hat trick gold medal winner means you can't leave the pub without trying this beer! (AVBF 2012, 2013 & 2014 Gold Medal)

ST. FENZEL'S ABBEY ALE
A Rich, spicy dark Belgian Abbey Ale from Omholt's Breuerie in Schwartzgarten, Neu Engollon (AVBF 2013 Gold Medal; 2012 & 2014 Silver Medal)

STOUTS AND PORTERS

RENDEZVOUS PORTER
This medium bodied and roasty Coastal Brown Porter is a wonderful compliment to many Beacon Point Brewhouse meals despite its dark color. It is rich brown in color and boasts ruby red highlights and a light brown head. Its aroma exemplifies a malty blend of caramel and chocolate, with whispers of spice and smoke. Body wise, it showcases a muted maltiness with understated hop bitterness and rates in at 5.6%. It finishes clean and energizing. From Beacon Point Brewery in Apricot Harbor, Coastal Communities. (AVBF 2014 Silver Medal)

ST. CHRISTOPHER'S CATACOMBS PREMIUM STOUT
As black as paint with a brown head, this barrel-aged stout is richly earthy, smoky, peaty and just slightly sweet, with a long-lingering smoky finish so earthy some have described it as being almost like drinking a fine cigar or pipe tobacco. From Canons of St. Christopher’s Cathedral in Smertolina (AVBF 2013 Gold Medal, 2012 & 2014 Silver Medal)

REIFF STOUT
A smoky, earthy barrel-aged stout that is preferred by Olwean Celts. From Reiff Breweries in Olwe.

TREECKLEBLUDDED
One for those with a sweet tooth. Treecklebludded is a milk stout flavoured with oats and molasses to give a deep sugary warmth to the drink atop a fragile bitter exoskeleton. Echoes of rum and chocolate dance about the tongue and an aroma of treacle gives the drink it's name. At 5%, it's also one of the weaker of Paradystopi beers. From Hodgepodgryre an'Sonnes of Paradystopia.

AFRODIZZYACK
Technically an oyster stout and therefore unsuitable for vegetarians, th'Afrodizzyack is brewed with several oysters within each vat to give a unique flavour to this rich 7% drink. After an initial bitter tang with shades of coffee, a chocolate-y after taste soothes the palate. All this with a subtle aroma which conjures up the smells of a seaside town. There are usually two types of people when it comes to th'Afrodizzyack; those who love it and those who hate it. From Hodgepodgryre an'Sonnes of Paradystopia.

DOUBLES
~ Just as much flavorful appeal as their single malt cousins, but with a bit more alcohol and BTUs. Doubles can be a bit heartier, and are certainly a sipping beer to be enjoyed at a leisurely pace. For BB House brews, see their single malt varieties for descriptions.

BLOODY ROUGE RYE (8.6% ABV) (AVBF 2012 Silver Medal)
162 ALE (9.4% ABV)
FERME HADES (8.8% ABV) (AVBF 2013 & 2014 Gold Medal; 2012 Silver Medal)
CHATEAUX HADES (8.2% ABV)

IMPERIAL LAGER
A traditional Lager using an old Bavarian formula, it is one of the stronger beers of the Principality of Romberg, having a 7.5% alcohol content. Brewed with pristine water from the Ålberg range and locally grown hops, this golden-coloured brew has a mild flavour with a frosty aftertaste thanks to its hops, which are subjected to below-zero temperatures in the winter. From the Rombergian Union of Breweries. (AVBF 2013 Silver Medal)

ALPHA MALE STRONG GOLDEN ALE
This beer, inspired by the legendary Belgian brew Duvel, combines pilsner malts and spicy hops to produce a golden-colored, drinkable ale with a complex mouthfeel. Definitely for the bold at 8.5%
From Lion Brewing in Londinium, Nova Anglicana. (AVBF 2014 Silver Medal)

TRIPLES/IMPERIALS
~ Just like their single and double malt & hopped cousins, only with more alcohol, BTUs and just as much flavorful appeal. More forward mouthfeel and a bit of a wallop right at the start. One beer can start and finish your evening. For BB House brews, see their single malt varieties for descriptions.

CRIMSON RYE (10.9% ABV)
243 ALE (12% ABV) (AVBF 2013 & 2014 Silver Medal)
SCHIELE MUD (10.5% ABV)

CARSKO IMPERIAL STOUT
Being made in the Imperial Brewery by the Imperial Palace in Carigrad, this beer is Tsar worthy. Following the original recipe from 1742, this beer hasn't changed a single ingredient from the first time it was brewed. Using the highest quality hops and organic barley, this beer keeps the strong taste of dark, fried malt followed by low bitterness of hops. Its dark colour is cut by the white, dense fluffy foam that cannot exceed two fingers in thickness. Only the right bartender can pour it in a pint without crossing the line. For the right texture, "Carsko" needs to be poured exactly 63 seconds in the pint.
9% ABV.
From Carigradska Carska Pivara AD in Carigrad, Nikolia. (AVBF 2014 Gold Medal)

AT THE BAR

Because sometimes you feel like more than a beer, we offer top shelf liquor at our fully stocked bar, including the most premium tequila, gin, vodka, rum, schnapps, sliwovitz, amasec and cachaça.
We have an extensive list of aged scotches and whisk(e)ys that hail from many of the great Ecossian and Rombergian distilleries, as well as from the Celtic Isles.
The bartenders are also able to make a variety of classic cocktails, as well as exotic tropical and tiki bar themed drinks at every location.

CAIPIRINHA:
Caipirinha: Reino do Brasil's national cocktail, made with cachaça (sugar cane hard liquor), sugar and lime.

MABAYA MAHARANIA LIGHT RUM
Light rums have a flavor of general sweetness. They are also known as silver or white rum. The milder flavors of this type of rum mean it is used in mixed drinks more often than drinking straight. The Mabaya Maharanian brand is named after a Racaoan pirate, one of the most famous female pirates in history. This brand's name is a synonym for quality: from the farm-grown sugar cane to the molasses to the oak barrels that it is aged in. From Dukedom Drinks, Dukedom, Racao. (AVBF 2014 Gold Medal)

ORLI SHLIVOVINO
An Asian-style sweet plum liqueur. From Royal Smertolinsky Farms in Smertolina. (AVBF 2014 Gold Medal)

PAVLOVO VODKA
Brought to the Principality by Russian immigrants, Pavlovo Vodka is brewed from potatoes grown in the Principality of Romberg, brewed and distilled to a 40% alcohol content. While Pavlovo Vodka has relatively little taste and odour compared to other brews in the Principality, even a small amount would keep one warm, and it has been the drink of choice of Northern residents during the long, cold winter. Pavlovo Vodka is also very suitable for mixing into cocktails. From the Rombergian Union of Distilleries, Romberg. (AVBF 2014 Gold Medal)

CRYSTAL EAGLE VODKA
A "modern traditional standard" potato-based vodka aiming for purity and clarity, quadruple-distilled and filtered through charcoal, silver and quartz. From Iron Eagle in Smertolina. (AVBF 2014 Gold Medal)

RAKIJA
This drink is the typical drink in Nikolia produced by citizens in their villages. It is very similar to brandy in taste and body, most commonly using plums, apples, pears and cherries. We carry three varieties: Sljivovica made of plums, Kajsijovaca made of apicots and Dunja made of quince. The process involves distillation of the fruits, then the special process of removing toxic methyl out of the drink. 40% Proof. From Moravska Destilerija AD, Carigrad, Nikolia. (AVBF 2014 Silver Medal)

TSARITSA VIKTORIJA
Whiskey made by the finest rye, wheat and malted barley. It is distilled in copper stills then filtered through marble charcoal. For the best flavour, it is kept in old oak casks and put in atmosphere controlled room for at least 5 years. "Tsaritsa Viktorija" exists in 4 different versions. Bronze - 5 years old, Silver - 10 years old, Gold - 15 years and Imperial - 30 years old. 40% Proof.
From Moravska Destilerija AD, Carigrad, Nikolia. (AVBF 2014 Gold Medal)

REICHTENBERGER WHISKEY
Another product brewed from locally-grown malt barley, Reichtenberger Whiskey follows a Scottish recipe with several changes, producing a 40% alcohol content brew. Having been brewed in locally cut Oak barrels, Reichtenberger has a distinctive woody flavour along with the fragrance found in normal whiskey, and what is special is its frosty aftertaste due to natural chill filtration in the sub-zero temperatures during winter. From the Rombergian Union of Distilleries, Romberg. (AVBF 2014 Silver Medal)

Sweet Potato & Chick Pea Curry: Another Anglo-Colonial pub classic. Deep Dish Pizza: Taking influences from both Chicago and the Roman Cantons of NE; choice of toppings baked in to the pie

Menu Variations

Postby Neu Engollon » Mon Feb 04, 2013 11:28 am

The following are regional dishes that may vary on different pub menus and also by season. They will not be offered at all of our locations, so please call ahead to check:

APPETIZERS, SIDES AND SALADS

Hot Wings: Classic American-style buffalo chicken wings bathed in a vinegar/BBQ/hot sauce blend (Choice of Regular or Super Spicy), served with traditional side crisp celery and carrots and local farm fresh bleu cheese dip. Also a huge Olwean favorite.

Salpicão: Brazilian chicken salad; Made with Chicken, raisins, pineapple, lime juice, green apples and Media Crema and fresh mayonnaise.

MAIN FARE

Haggis: A traditional Scottish, Ecossian and Albion Anglican dish made with sheep's pluck (don't ask!), served with "neeps and tatties" (turnips and potatos), boiled and mashed separately.

Game Pheasant: Roasted and served with long cut green beans and red potatoes in a special Anglican sauce

Ofran: A delicacy of Anzinzar. Ofran consists of orvino (a sheep-cow hybrid type herbivore) or lamb cuts (depends on availability and market price), plus a variety of herbs and spices including garzial (a slightly tangy, sweet spice found in Anzinzar and northern Kether), Served with steamed and boiled sweet potatoes, green cabbage, spinach and sitting on a bed of Rozia leaves. Topped with fresh sour cream.
* Orvino has been described as not too tough or chewy, and very succulent when prepared right.

Smoked Grox Filet: A smoked round filet of the Grox haunch is a traditional meal in New Zepuha. This round cut is slow smoked over a cherry wood fire and lightly dabbed in the finest of Cherry flavoured wines to give it a smokey yet sweet flavor. Traditionally cooked until a small pink center is visible if cut.

Sushi: Traditionally made with shari rice, with various types of fish and vegetables included in a tight nori wrap made with bamboo sushi mats by chefs trained in the art.

Yakitori: Skewered meat, customer's choice of chicken, beef or pork on bamboo skewers and barbecued with special sauce.

Bulgogi: Marinated, thin sliced sirloin barbecue with onions, scallions, ginger and mushrooms over a bed of thin glass noodles.

DESSERTS

Torta Mousse de Maracujá: Brazilian pie with a passion fruit mousse filling and a crunchy crust. A new favorite!

Kapiinits: A Schmiegellan delight that mimics Danish pastry classics, A cake made with cinnamon

Key Lime Pie: Made with the special tart, delicate limes of southern Florida and the northern Caribbean, whipped into a meringue with eggs, baked for a minimum time traditionally and served over a light, flaky crust with whipped topping. A refreshingly sweet, tart, fruity balance.

* Allergy alerts: Peanuts, dairy, strawberries, glutens - please tell your server about any food allergies

* Prices vary regionally

CALAFIA CRUISE LINES

Sail Away to your Getaway!
To Stefan Germetz, BB VP of BreuPub Operations

We are delighted to have chosen BreuPub for our first major cruise line restaurant, and hope you will agree to our proposed contract. Calafia Cruise Lines are one of the major lines operating in the Cornellian Region, and we hope by this means to inspire other companies and nations to encourage your business to sail our way as it were.

Blending some of our national cuisine with some of your own, we think that this will be a nicely exotic touch which will attract greater tourism and mutual customer flow. We look forward to your operations coming on board with us!

sincerely,
Jasper Adenauer,

Re: Burgunden BreuPub locations on Calafia Cruise Lines

Director Adenauer,

We are very pleased that you have decided to open Burgunden BreuPub locations on your cruise line. The 2 locations listed have been approved and construction will begin in coordination with your shipwrights and engineers. We will also act quickly to find local suppliers and vendors. We will do our best to include and accommodate as many of the local cuisines as we can that you have listed.
Please let me know personally of any other way I can help in opening more ties with The Allied States of New Edom and continuing to grow the New Edomite private sector, as well as culturally expanding New Edomite horizons and those of your International cruise passengers.

Sincerely,

Stefan Germetz, BB VP of BreuPub Operations

The above application is a new contract for further expansion of BB within the territories of Querria. Our population has grown, and our needs grow as well. We would like 3 new BB pubs to be opened, adding for a total of 6. The locations and any new conditions are specified in the new application. You must know by now that your pubs have been highly successful, and have singlehandedly led the growth in Querria's beverage sales industry. We look forward to future expansion in our country by your company

Sincerely,
Lee Dredd, Minister of Civics

Re: Burgunden BreuPub locations in Incorporated States of Querria

Lady Aidia,

We are very pleased that you have decided to open Burgunden BreuPub locations in your nation. The 50 locations listed have been researched and determined to be excessive for a nation of your diminutive size. As stated in our promotional literature, we wish to start small and develop from there in new markets, especially when the demand from customers might not be so great. To do otherwise would invite over-saturation of a market and financial collapse. We would like to counter-propose three locations instead of 50, with 2 being in your home nation and one being in your Grol colony. Once discrepancies are straightened out and the counter-proposal is accepted, construction will begin as soon as we line up local contractors. We will also act quickly to find local suppliers and vendors. Also, as far as your menu requests, red wine and whiskey are already to be found in our bar inventories and sea bass will be considered, but we feel that the crusted salmon and lemon tilapia already on the menu may leave our bases well covered.
Please let me know personally of any other way I can help in opening more ties with The Incorporated States of Querria and continuing to grow the Querrian private sector, as well as culturally expanding Querrian horizons.

Sincerely,

Stefan Germetz, BB VP of BreuPub Operations

Re: Burgunden BreuPub locations in United Islands of the Pacific

To the FDD Director,

We are very pleased that you have decided to open Burgunden BreuPub locations in your nation. The 50 locations mentioned have been researched and determined to be acceptable, but we would like to start with the initial locations listed by name and go from there, so as to test expansion of the market. Construction will begin as soon as we line up local contractors. We will also act quickly to find local suppliers and vendors. We always follow the alcohol imbibing laws of each respective nation that hosts our BreuPub locations.
Please let me know personally of any other way I can help in opening more ties with The United Islands of the Pacific and continuing to grow the Pacifian private sector, as well as culturally expanding Pacifian horizons.
