Riysa is a small nation, looking to expand both physically and economically. For its first introduction into the world market, the Risyian Ministry of Defense is offering the UAV-20 "Raven" for sale.

There are two variants of the UAV-20 offered: the "Raven-E", and the "Raven-EB".

The "Raven-E" is the primary export variant of the UAV-20. The "Raven-E" carries a sensor package in the nose with IR/NV and visible light viewing equipment. Radio-wave monitoring equipment is also mounted in the sensor package, as well as a Risyian domestic variant of the "Flash Dance" radar found in the MiG-29 Fighter. The "Raven-E" also carries an internal missile bay with 6 "Shrike" air-to-ground missiles used to attack "soft" targets such as infantry and light vehicles.

Speed: 400 miles per hour( 643.7 kilometers per hour)

The "Raven-EB" is more focused on recon and intellegence gathering than its predecessor, the "Raven-E". In exchange for removing the internal missile bay, more advanced electronic systems are placed inside. The "Raven-EB" can also conduct electronic warfare, for example, by jamming enemy ground communications.

All communications from the UAVs to your control center are encrypted and secure.

Wreptzle also specializes in the creation of advanced aircraft, though the focus is on maned air superiority fighters. With our rapid growth of the population, or compulsory military service requires that citizens enter the armed services. Most are going to the Waftwaffe (our Luftwaffe [air force]). Our dilemma is that the companies in our nation that make our military goods are primary focused on making advanced vehicles while the company that makes our target drones struggles to keep up with our demand. We are currently running out of targets for our pilots to blow out of the skies. That's where you come in, we need one of you to create a UAV drone that can be produced in large quantities for little money. We will accept the most suitable offer presented to us first. We can either buy them directly from your nation or you can permit our own military companies to manufacture them. If we are to buy from you, we can provide them via two options as follow:

However at first we need to know if Domnestic Production Rights on Non exportable basis are available for both products.
