The Raral Hive Needs Supreme Superweapons For The Defense And Intrests nOf The Hive's Defense.
The Act Will Need To Be Approved By At Least One Other Nation To Satisfy The Queen Of The Hive And She Will Then Give The Order To Either Buy Or Create The Superweapons. Morality Is Not An Issue.
