Attention All Corporations Specialising In The Ways Of War, Lend Me Your Ears...
To the various corporations out there, I have an offer, an offer which your company is free to accept, and consequently compete with other corporations to win. The offer is as such.
Industrial Enigmatics is a global corporation with it's own territory, with it's employees and, dare we say citizens, just numbering over 2.5 billion, for such a corporation we have been content to invest, build, devise, and innovate freely withen our own areas; but now as we look further afield we find that it is high time that we prepared ourselves for the aggressive intents of nations across the globe. From socialists and revolutionaries wishing to appropriate our property, to foreign corporations wishing to seize our own assets or destroy our competition, hence, we turn our eyes to companies whose ingenuity, when it comes to devising a security force, is paramount on the world market.
We have 77 910 000 company employees who have been designated as security staff, (OOC: This is 3% of my population and constitues everything which in a normal nation would be Police, Security Teams and Armed Forces) and whilst they are furnished with equiptment we find ourselves unable to create an effective force that would consitute a military.
As such, we put out this offer to any intrigued companies or maybe even nations, who are interested.
Design us the specfics for an effective army that will fight, run and be maintained by a workforce amounting to 25 970 000 employees. Provide us with the following to win the award:
-A breakdown of how many individuals will be assigned to which areas to keep the military running effectivly.
-Of those that are assigned to active fighting units how will they be split up into units.
-Provide blue prints for the weapons of which the military will be furnished.
-Provide blue prints for the land based vehicles of which the military will be furnished.
-Provide blu prints for a small yet effective squadron of aircraft to engage in military operations as an effective fighting force.
Notes:
-Whilst a personnell breakdown for both Army, Navy and Airforce is required (three equal parts in terms of how many people there are) vehicles will not be needed for either the air force, aside from the specified jets, and none at all for the navy; these are being dealt with by Industrial Enigmatics.
The company which provides the best proposal to us fulfilling the specfications we have laid out and more will be awarded with an immediate payment of half a billion USD and will be exclusivly contracted to produce and sell the equiptment and weapons to us.
