The JP Serve 49 combines high productivity and high performance with low running costs and low environmental impact.
High Performance The JP STrucks has now evolved into the JP Serve 49 Compact giving even better cleansing performance and improved driver comfort and even higher productivity.
Four-Wheel- Steer OptionWith JP STrucks's patented four-wheel-steer option the JP Serve 49 has the smallest turning circle in its class (3760mm) and superlative manoeuvrability. A wide view floor-to-roof heated windscreen with unrestricted all-round vision and enlarged glass floor panels on both sides of the cab to view brush and nozzle box operation.
Intelligent Hydrostatic ControlThe Electronic Transmission Control allows seamless intelligent transition between Work Mode and Transit Mode whilst moving while the dynamic hydrostatic braking system gives safe and smooth operation in either mode giving greater control to the driver. The advanced 4-wheel-steering system is integrated into the transmission control software resulting in precise steering control.
Jp-Plex II™ Control Systemhe JP Serve 49 Compact sweeper is equipped with a sophisticated 8" large view colour screen connected to a Jp-Plex II™ control system which enables monitoring of running costs and productivity. This important information can be downloaded to a specialised USB for convenient office use.
Integrated Rear View CameraThe large view 8" colour screen also incorporates the rear view camera option, giving safe and accurate reversing guidance.
Productivity and DurabilityJP STrucks Sweepers understand operating costs are as important as the initial purchase price, which is why the JP Serve 49 has been designed to have the highest possible up-time levels with the lowest number of service intervals.
Built to cope with the toughest environments the JP Serve 49 hopper is manufactured from stainless steel. Major components are shot blasted with an aluminium oxide abrasive providing an excellent key for the painting process, followed by an acid etch primer and two coats of 2-pack epoxy paint, stoved off to provide a hard wearing coating. In addition all the grey parts are shot blasted, primed and electrostatically powder coated for a tough finish, ensuring your sweeper retains a high residual value and longer in-service.
On-board TechnologyThe JP Serve 49 Jp-Plex™ system comes with a USB portal so the system can be quickly and easily upgraded. Service intervals are highlighted on the 8" colour display system as a useful reminder. Alongside this information Johnston Sweepers has incorporated an Advance Data Capture system from which data can easily be downloaded on to a specialised USB, giving data on running costs for each individual sweeper. Daily fuel usage, mileage, sweeping hours and engine performance can be analysed to achieve continual costs savings.
Fuel efficientThe JP Serve 49 is the most fuel efficient sweeper of its type, using up to 40% less fuel in "work mode" than any other sweeper in its class - include the eco-mode function which comes as standard, for maximum fuel economy in transit - and the combination is a significant financial and environmental consideration for fleet operators. This efficiency can help to save 10,000kg of carbon per 2000 operated hours, and with the on board technology as standard, fuel savings can be easily monitored.
Water capacityBuilt to carry 152 litres of clean water and 250 litres of water in the recirculation system giving 402 litres of water, the JP Serve 49 reduces refilling costs and extends on-station time.
The C201 has an option to carry a hydrant hose, standpipe and key, again saving the operator time by refilling water tanks from a street hydrant giving, further increasing productivity.
TyresThe JP Serve 49 Compact is fitted with Continental RV20 tyres, for heavy duty working, designed to reduce whole life tyre cost whilst improving comfort. The design is ideal for kerb climbing and gives a large footprint, allowing the sweeper to operate over a range of paved surfaces.
Leaf nozzle boxThe JP Serve 49 comes with an option of heavy duty castors which complement the four wheel steer, also giving faster, smoother direction changes without affecting suction performance.
Independent brush controlThe JP Serve 49 features independently controlled front brushes. From the high visibility cab, an operator has unrivalled control of the brush speed, position and ground pressure.
Low level brush armsThe unique sweep-gear configuration and reverse sweeping feature ensures efficient cleaning around obstacles with complete cleaning of 90º corners and enclosed spaces.
WanderhoseThe Wanderhose option is a 3.7m suction hose for extended cleaning reach. turntable mounted for manoeuvrability and access to areas next to the roadway.
High pressure hand lanceThe JP Serve 49 high-pressure hand lance option has a 10m recoiling hose for convenient operation. the hand lance is also equipped with both a fan and a pencil nozzle to deal with all types of dirt.
Hopper TippingThe 1.8m³ (hopper volume) capacity and 1.5m discharge height is ideal for tipping into skips or bins.
With high visibility body props fitted as standard, which automatically engage in a choice of three heights, the hopper reaches its tipping height in complete safety.
