Kentford Tracker 1000: A New Generation of Trainer Aircraft

Introduction
The Kentford Tracker 1000 is a light military trainer aircraft manufactured by Kentford Aviation Industry, a subsidiary of Excalibur. It is a tandem two-seater low-wing trainer with a metal airframe. The aircraft is capable of basic training functions, including aerobatics, instrument and tactical flying, and basic training in using weapons.

Design and Development
The Kentford Tracker was developed as a replacement for the Kentford Titan, which was a commonly used trainer aircraft. The prototype, Kentford 1, flew in July 2010. A modified version, Kentford 2, was designed with changes based on Stevencousin Air Force requirements. In 2016, the development of the Kentford was restarted, resulting in the Kentford Tracker 1000.

Specifications
The Kentford Tracker 1000 is equipped with updated avionics. It has a maximum speed of 250 knots (463 km/h, 288 mph) with an ExcaTex F-211D1 engine which provides 300hp power and a service ceiling of 30,000 feet (9,144 m). The aircraft is also equipped with a single Futomo FX81GH9 ejection seat.
