I am most pleased to state that the Office of Defense Acquisition of the Government of Vachena has performed an evaluation process resulting in several vehicles of Excalibur Defense to be chosen for purchase,
if possible. This is part of an ongoing effort to keep the Vachenan Armed Forces as functional as possible using the most effective designs and technologies. This request is specifically in relevance to auxiliary transportation vehicles for both persons and cargo.

They are specifically listed below for your convenience, along with price breakdowns. If approved, payment shall be made by the Central Bank of Vachena, whom we shall authorize to pay the appropriate sum to your company's main or otherwise preferred account. Alternatively, upon request, payment can be made in the appropriate amount of gold as determined by current market rates, however, this will result in an additional service fee by the Central Bank of Vachena.

We appreciate your efforts to ensure optimal vehicle condition on delivery, however, we feel as though we should inform you the Armed Forces of Vachena utilize the standardized Tipar 100 series of digital camouflage patterns and colors. They will be applied after delivery. In order to not incur any unnecessary cost or use of time, it would be optimal if the vehicles could be delivered in "factory-fresh" olive drab, or equivalent. If it as all in your interest, we can make the assurance that Vachena is a WMD-free nation. No items procured shall ever aid in or be involved in any way with the usage of chemical, biological, radiological, or nuclear weapons.

The Sentinel-class is an oceanographic and research vessel built by Stevencousin shipbuilding company Excalibur Defense (EXDEF) shipyards. Designed to perform oceanographic research activities in vast water in the fields of hydrography, biology, geology, oceanology, geophysics, and meteorology. In addition to the research missions, Sentinel can also be used in rescue, humanitarian and logistics support missions

The 105.3m-long and 18m-wide Sentinel oceanographic research vessel can carry 20 crew members and up to 60 scientists to conduct sampling and inspection of water and seabed. It is operated and controlled from the enclosed bridge, located amidships.

It accommodates scientific equipment storage warehouses, and laboratories for oceanographic and meteorological observations.

Fullmar & Vossbridge Dynamic Positioning (DP) and automation system placed in the bridge provides the vessel operators with enhanced situational awareness. The computer-controlled F&V DP system maintains the vessel's position by automatically controlling its propellers and thrusters using sensor data.
