JORY JORY SOFT BEVERAGES

THE STANDARDS

GOLDEN CROSS LAGER
A very easy, smooth drinking lager with a low ABV (3.8%). It is a blue collar institution in Neu Engollon and now quickly becoming a standard in the world. Golden Cross was an independent breuerie near Albertville established 70 years ago by Guillaume Monyer Sr. It was rescued from insolvency by BB, in order that a classic brand not be lost to the ages.
Level 1 Pricing: $ 85 Per Keg, $ 19 per case (Case - 30 cans)

GOLDEN CROSS LIYT
The much in demand GCL, or Golden Cross Liyt, is a lower calorie beer that comes in under 80 calories but doesn't sacrifice flavor for calories. 'Gimme a Gee Cee El!' is a favorite refrain heard in the local corner bars.
Level 1 Pricing: $ 85 Per Keg, $ 19 per case (Case - 30 cans)

CHATEAUX
A light bodied, crisp pilsner, golden in color; It is a widely loved favorite for light beers in Neu Engollon and a selection that has been in their repertoire since almost the beginning. AVBF Silver Medal Winner.
Level 2 Pricing: $ 120 Per Keg, $ 32 per 30 btl case

SHADOW SHANDY
A dark malted wheat mixed with lemonade, but still soft on the nose; A unique shandy that is more bold and has more bite than many of your typical, light summer shandies.
Level 2 Pricing: $ 120 Per Keg, $ 32 per 30 btl case

KRIEG KOLSCH
A moderate, crisp beer with a light spiced, hoppy mouthfeel; A traditional kolsch that has been drunk by seafaring and farming folk alike, a newer twist on an old recipe.
Level 3 Pricing: $ 135 Per Keg, $ 41 per 30 btl case

81 ALE
Our standard, classic IPA is a hearty, bitter but balanced India pale ale. 7 strains of hops are present in the mix that keeps building up in intensity with its double and triple varieties. There is a clean aftertaste due to a well maintained amount of Alpha and Beta acids that strike a balance of flavor and bitterness; 81 has it's avid loyalists, and it is the patriotic beer of choice, being named for Confederation day, August First, 1291. AVBF Silver Medal Winner.
Level 3 Pricing: $ 135 Per Keg, $ 41 per 30 btl case

ROUGE RYE ALE
A robust, amber rye ale, brilliant in color and moderate in body; Made with 5 kinds of hops, Maltropian Barlye and rye - it's process has been refined for generations. It is the pride of BB and took 1st place at the AVBF.
Level 3 Pricing: $ 135 Per Keg, $ 41 per 30 btl case

FERME TERRE SAISON
A creamy, but light Belgian farm style ale; Made with citrus, coriander and other spices and slightly bitter hops from the Albertville area. The yeast is extremely aggressive like most Belgian style ales. Traditionally like the home kegs farmers always had brewing and on hand for daily drinking and celebrating. AVBF Silver Medal Winner.
Level 3 Pricing: $ 135 Per Keg, $ 41 per 30 btl case

SCHIELE STOUT
A thick, black malted stout; Named after one of the heroes that threw back the Napoleonic invaders in the early 19th Century, a hearty, thick drink made for a hero of the Confederacy. Schiele is aged as long as possible before shipping out in order for the black malt to build up a rich flavor.
Level 3 Pricing: $ 135 Per Keg, $ 41 per 30 btl case

BERRY LAMBIC
A fruity, syrupy dessert lambic; This lambic has replaced many desert liqueurs at dinner tables across Neu Engollon. A Gold Medal Winner at the AVBF.
Level 4 Pricing: $ 150 Per Keg, $ 55 per 30 btl case

THE DOUBLES
Just as much flavorful appeal as their single malt cousins, but with a bit more alcohol and BTUs. Doubles can be a bit heartier, and are certainly a sipping beer to be enjoyed at a leisurely pace.

The History

Beer is one of the most beloved trade crafts in the Confederacy. Brewing is held in the highest regard of skills in Neu Engollon, right next to finance, athleticism and soldiering. The original Burgunden Breuerie was established in 1578 by Otto von Deusfeld. It continued to churn out beer for the city based off tried and true recipes, under the tutelage of the Von Deusfelds and various other owners for two centuries. Erich Toft rose up from Breu Master to buy the small operation from Marius Bettleheim in 1783. The Tofts proceeded to make Burgunden Breuerie become a household name across the Confederacy for the next two centuries, and continued to expand the Breuerie's name across the globe today as one of the finest producers of craft beer. Several Breueries operate under the BB moniker across the Confederacy and the region of Teremara. In the last few years, BB has brought several other brands, both within and outside the Confederacy's borders into the fold, as well as expanding operations, distribution and fostering partnerships in the industry. Burgunden Breus are now one of the flagship brands of TeremBev, the regional beverage conglomerate that is a partnership between several of the most well known beverages in the world. Currently, leadership of the Toft family's pride is in the hands of Erica Toft, Jan Toft's oldest daughter, while David Toft, the eldest son, has moved on to CEO of TeremBev.

Subject: New Supplier

Greetings Mr. Toft.

As a world airline, Royal Cestyn Airlines is constantly looking for new tastes from around the world to add to our extensive collection of wines, spirits and beers. We believe choice and quality are important to guarantee patrons a world-class flying experience every time. That is why we would be particularly interested in adding your line of fine export beers and ales to our in-flight line up of beverages.

At the present, we cannot put a definitive total on how much we would be ordering per month, therefore we would like to make an initial order of five cases of each level one and level two product, and three cases of both level three products. Once we measure the popularity of the drinks, we will provide you a definitive figure after the trial period. We wish your beverages all the success on our flights but we know our passengers will love to try them!

Warm Regards

Kind Regards

Alicia Sych

From: Jan Toft, President & CEO of Burgunden Breuerie

Mr. Rijn,
We are most excited about this venture and will start shipping your order promptly, via RKA cargo and our distribution arm. We do look forward to a profitable future partnership. Your initial order will come to HV $ 335,000 or US/NS $ 469,000. We are including with the initial shipment, 200 cases of each of our other export varieties complimentary that you may use as you see fit, but we might recommend that they be used for staff and special tasting event purposes, in order to familiarize your staff and customer base with our whole line of products. Keep in mind that some of our Double/Imperial varieties may soon be available for export and we also have two varieties that are nearly ready for marketing: Shadow Shandy (a dark wheat/lemonade mix) and Krieg Kolsch (A lighter crisp seasonal summer brew). Again, we look forward to working with Markt and introducing new customers to the traditional Neu Engoleen brewing craft and style.

Sincerely,
Herr Jan Toft,
President & CEO of Burgunden Breuerie

Both at Seillans and Rumilly, we maintain a multitude of crops that include dozens of varieties of hops such as the popular Simcoe, Crystal, Cascade, Centennial, Sterling and Citra, as well as Humartava, the hops that is indigenous and only grown in Neu Engollon. In addition to the glorious flower called hops, as every great brewer knows, there are several other ingredients that are used in various renditions of beer. We have fields set aside for barley, wheat, rye, and other grains, as well as several spice plants like coriander and other organic ingredients that are flavor additives to many strains of beer. While these ingredients are used for food preparation, our crops are grown specifically towards the flavor palate that they may add to our beers, which makes them superlative to other common crop yields.
Additionally, we have installed a union barrel brewery system in one wing of the TCBSC facilities in order to perfect our own line of oak barrel filtered and aged breus.

Keeping in line with our mission statement to improve not only our own operations, but to improve the state of the brewing industry as a whole, we have decided to work more collaboratively with breweries that have a like mind set to our own, and appreciate the craft and artistry of beer as much as we do. For a moderate yearly dues, we are offering to allow technicians and brewers from other breweries around the world to study and experiment in our ACBSC laboratories in Rumilly, so that we can all benefit from new advances to the most beloved beverage to us all...beer! (and mead, barley wine and other various brew related beverages.) As well as allowing teams from around the world to work at our advanced technical labs, we are hoping to be able to develop some brewery cooperative partnership releases of special limited edition brews. The yearly dues will go towards the maintenance of the facilities, growing of crops, and retaining of staff to keep operations at top performance in both the fields and in the labs. Dues will also cover the usage of facilities, fields and all strains contained within, as well as some of the brewing equipment like the union barrel brewing system. The yearly dues will be HV$ 4000 (NSD$ 6400).

To join our cooperative program, we ask that you wire money to our account with EngolBanc, then sign up with the form below. You can continue to send personnel, and rotate them out as much as you like, as long as we can still accommodate them at Rumilly.

Golden Cross Lager (BB's Macro brew)

Postby Neu Engollon » Wed Dec 05, 2012 9:46 am

Image

GOLDEN CROSS LAGER

ORIGINS
Golden Cross was started in 1943 just outside Albertville, Rhone by Guillaume Monyer Sr. based off an older recipe that had been around since the turn of the century and had been handed down over time. Guillaume started brewing in his garage and never looked back. Always a good, light easy drinking lager, Golden Cross grew in popularity over the decades as his son, Guillaume Junior took over the family business. In recent years, Golden Cross hit a bit of a decline and the sons of Guillaume Junior were unwilling to continue on the family business with the recent passing of their father, despite its being entrenched in Neu Engollian popular culture.
Jan Toft of Burgunden Breueries stepped in and rescued the business, infusing it with new life, ensuring the jobs of most of the staff and promising to bring GC to the International market, while still keeping it true to the common working man and woman.

TODAY
Golden Cross continues to be the most popular macro brew lager in Neu Engollon and soon, Astyria and the world. Plans are in place to build hundreds more brewing facilities in addition to those canning facilities in operation in and near Albertville. Following in big brother Burgunden Breus, footsteps, Golden Cross hopes to be widespread in the travel and hospitality industry.

Ministerio da Industria - Gabinete do Ministro

Dear Sir,

First I would like to congratulate you on your Breweries, its range of product and environment.

As you may know, Brasil has a strong internal beer industry that works but we have been looking

for channels to export the product. The same applies to our Beef said to be the best in the world

along side with Argentina.

We would very much like to become your suppliers, prices are not that important since this

Government is more adamant in keeping the sector alive, keep the jobs rather than making a lot

of money. In that fashion I would leave to you Sir to present us with a business proposition where

you could suggest the rules, the main line of the agreement.

We are very much looking forward to hear from you.

Yours Faithfully,

Joao da Bernarda

(Ministro da Industria)
Proud Member of Teremara
