The Intexa

The shadowy Intexa are the eyes and ears of the USG Security Corporation (Regiments). The word itself comes from the combining of Intella and Fluxa, the Frandit (Neu Engollian domestic language) words for intelligence and flow, respectively.
The Intexa Bureau has been a part of the Uli-Schwyz almost since its inception as an institution in the 15th Century. They scout out potential clients and theaters of operation, business competitors, industry trends and issues, and hot spots around the globe, as well as running the divisions that recruit, purchase arms and equipment and the legal team that negotiates contracts. All of this currently comes under the control of Mr. Xavier Marchand, the Intexa Director, whose family has long been serving the Uli-Schwyz over the last century. His father and grandfather were both Intexa agents. While some Intexa agents focus solely on one skill set, such as recruiting or purchasing, others are cross trained and fill in with different divisions depending on the need. Approximately only about 350 personnel are highly trained field agents, while the majority of some 4000 others serve in administrative, analytical, logistical or recruiting station capacity around the globe.
The Intexa are supervised directly by the Board, but work closely with General Nelson Tell, the CEO, who also is the Commander of the Regiments, in order to properly initiate and execute contracts and keep on the latest industry trends and methods.

August is an intimidating figure, standing at six-foot two, with a herculean build that you would expect of a special operations trooper. His eyes are brown in color, as is his hair. He is always clean shaven, as is required by the Shalumite marine corp. His hair is always kept high-and-tight as well. He has no tattoos, but he does have an oblong scar along his jawline which is noticeable up close. Overall, he is considered attractive by his female peers, in a rugged sort of way.

August was born in the city of Fontera, which is in southern Shalum, along the border with Azurlavai. He comes from a working class family that never had much money to their name, truth be told. When he wasn't working in the farming business with his father, he could be found trying to live a somewhat normal life alongside his younger brother, while the threat of war constantly hung over their shoulders, due to the fact that Shalum and Azurlavai have been in a perpetual state of war for close to seventy years. Sadly, when he was eighteen, an Azurlavain militia group loyal to a rebel faction known as the Revenant, attacked his town. While the town itself managed to get out unscathed, many of the southern farms did not get so lucky. Both of his parents were killed, and his younger brother lost his left leg due to a stray mortar round.

From that point on, August had little time for frivolous things such as high school parties and girls. Instead, he had to repair what remained of the small family farm, which had been devastated by the attack, and help his now handicapped brother when he could. Dieter was a fighter, that was certain, but losing a leg was certainly a demoralizer. If not for his parent's life insurance policies, he would have most likely found himself on the street with his brother, a piece of information that hung over his head heavily every moment for a while.

August, like every able bodied Shalumite, eventually found himself conscripted by the government. While people from other nations may have found this uncomfortable, he found no qualms with it, as conscription had become an important part of being a Shalumite--ever since the Azzies had invaded in 1947. He left home, leaving his brother in the tender care of a young female nurse who the government paid for, and the farm in the hands of a few workers whom he had hired on over the years.

The next few years were a blur for August, as he flew through the ranks of the marine corp with ease, eventually finding himself as a member of Team Zeta, a MARSOC unit that is dedicated to deep strikes on strategic targets. All of his missions are classified, of course, but it is certain that he is a skilled operator and has killed people. Now he looks to get out of MARSOC, and move into another line of work, where he can have a more normal life, even if it involves going around the world and engaging in conflicts that he may not agree with for money.

Personally, August is a nice guy, though he often keeps to himself, preferring to stick to a corner of the bar while he downs his liquor, often times bringing a book with him to pass the time. He's not a talker, preferring to listen, but that doesn't mean that he is silent either.And when it comes down to it, expect to have him backing you up without fail, regardless of how dire the situation may be.

Specifically, you have applied for a commando position, but there does not seem to be any listing of specialized military schools attended that would warrant such an elite standing. Basic military training from your nation, The Greenlandic States, does not qualify as a special operations or elite training military school. We do not take recruits that have only done basic infantry jobs as the skill sets we require are for complex mission parameters that most regular infantry veterans are inadequate for mission success.

Your biographical part of your resume is severely lacking in information as well. While we do our own background checks, it helps to know how recruits view their life experiences in an indepth manner for comparative purposes.

Counter-Terrorism Operations were listed as combat experience, but there is no other specification, explanation or reasoning as to how you were able to perform such operations without obtaining the skills necessary, or in what nation and against what targets these operations were performed. The dates you have listed for employment are also inaccurate.

Armorers are indeed needed and you have listed fixing weapons as a skill. On that basis, we might be interested in your employment, but again, more data is needed towards your training and detailed skill level in that area.
Until these issues are redressed, there is little chance for acceptance into the USG ranks.

The Intexa Bureau has been a part of the Uli-Schwyz almost since its inception as an institution in the 15th Century. They scout out potential clients and theaters of operation, business competitors, industry trends and issues, and hot spots around the globe, as well as running the divisions that recruit, purchase arms and equipment and the legal team that negotiates contracts. All of this currently comes under the control of Mr. Xavier Marchand, the Intexa Director, whose family has long been serving the Uli-Schwyz over the last century. His father and grandfather were both Intexa agents. While some Intexa agents focus solely on one skill set, such as recruiting or purchasing, others are cross trained and fill in with different divisions depending on the need. Approximately only about 350 personnel are highly trained field agents, while the majority of some 4000 others serve in administrative, analytical, logistical or recruiting station capacity around the globe.
The Intexa are supervised directly by the Board, but work closely with General Nelson Tell, the CEO, who also is the Commander of the Regiments, in order to properly initiate and execute contracts and keep on the latest industry trends and methods.

Kiril is pretty tall with a height of 6'3, he has a nice strong build due to him working out and eating healthy, his eye color is grey, while his hair is dark brown, he shaves whenever he can. His hair is always styled upwards from the front. He has a scar near his right eyebrow after getting in CQ combat with a Azenyanistani soldier who attempted to use his knife to kill him but failed.

Kirl was born in the Port city of Stary Sobor, which is on the Western Coast of Eaka. He was from a middle class family making him neither poor or rich, his dad was a Eakan Army soldier and thus Kirl rarely ever saw him and even when he did it was for a short time, that is until his dad was struck by shrapnel and could no longer serve and thus retired. In order to support the family his dad bought various houses which he rented out to tenants, but one day his dad was killed after refusing to give up his car to a car jacker. This struck Kirl's mother really hard mentally and thus she was always sad and never seemed to be happy at all. Kirl had just graduated High School when his had dad died and so he took over renting houses and also worked at a local factory to support his family.

As Kiril was checking the mail one day, his conscription papers had arrived, he handed the family business to his younger brother and went to serve his time in the Army. At Basic Military Training he chose to stay alone and always purposefully sat by himself thus resulting in him being a "loner", however he was the best In his class easily excelling in everything the course had to offer and thus on graduation day, he was pulled out and did not get to go up to receive his certificate, everyone was confused thinking he had failed, but what really happened was that the man who pulled him aside was Colonel Jashovksy Larorsk the commander of the Eakan Army Rangers, who offered him a place in the Rangers or he could just stay in the Army. But Kirl accepted the offer and soon went to Ranger School where he impressed his trainers as he excelled in everything they threw at him resulting in him passing before everyone else. As a Ranger he was deployed in various operations in which he had excellence performance resulting in him getting noticed by the SSU and him being transferred over to the SSU, Eaka's best special operations unit at the time. Everything was going fine in the SSU which him being apart of various high profile operations, however one day he went off on the CIS Director due to him not liking to do the dirty work of the CIS, who frequently had the SSU do operations for them. He was Honorably discharged due to pressure placed on SSU high command by the CIS Director.

Kiril then worked at the family restaurant owned by his younger brother until he quit due to him being bored and wanting more action.

MEDERANO ISLAND BASE HQ

I. Recruit NCO Kiril Kalash is to report to USG Recruiting Office last visited to pick up Airline ticket to Touloux, Terre Des Gaules whereby also provided information will be acted upon to reserve seat on connecting flight to the USG Island Base departing from Touloux.

II. Upon landing, Recruit NCO Kiril Kalash is to report to shuttle from Regimental Base Airport to USG Advanced Refresher Training (OTC) at Bugeber FX Camp, Mederano Island Base.

III. At QM, Recruit NCO Kiril Kalash will pick up basic issue gear and main weapon (Choice of FAR 22, Galil ACE 32, SG 553, or NEG 25 assault rifle) and then report to admin, then subsequently barracks assignment for Bugeber FX Camp training.

IV. Recruit NCO Kiril Kalash will remain at Bugeber FX Training Center to complete the Advanced Mechanized Refresher Training Course, with top 76th percentile demanded to graduate.

V. Upon completion of training and satisfactory marks from Drill & Skill Instructors, Recruit NCO Kiril Kalash will be assigned to 2nd Platoon, Theta Company, 2nd Bn, Schwyz Regiment as a senior level NCO, unless further promotion is requested from supervisors.

Blood Chit carried by Uli-Schwyz, later known as USG, pilots. The chits were and are printed in local Area of Operations languages and dialects translated from this template. Chits issued within the past decade also were equipped with a sewn in microchip for verification, as well as the serial number.
