We are wiring $5 million dollars. The extra money is a goodwill gesture. It is also to outbid any competitors. We wish to turn it into a shipbreaking, recycling, and smelting center for our company. We would make Plasma Converters, recycling machines, garbage trucks, garbage scows, landfill gasification, and ship raising equipment for deep sea recovery of sunken vessels. We will take your garbage, old ships, and recyclable items and turn them into raw materials to be exported to the Free Commonalities if you would allow it. We will also buy scrap metal and sell the refined metal to you if you would like. We would also sell you biogas. We would also turn some of the land to the production of crops for a large biorefinery to export biodiesel, cellulose based plastics, animal feed, ethanol, industrial alcohol, paints, and green household products to your country.

Our company is armed as we regularly bring back salvaged military ships and submarines. As part of our salvage operations we sometimes retrieve nuclear material. There would be fences with guard towers, patrol dogs, and armored jeeps patrolling the area as well as possibly other heavy armaments.
