The Serenely Barbecued Chicken Corporation Inc. is opened in its entirety by His Most Serene Highness Prince Iosac II of Kingborough. However the day to day operation the company is managed by a board of six, which is chaired by Anne Marianne-Heights - an enterprising businesswoman with extensive experience in the food industry as first a professional chef and then a restaurant chain owner, before making the wise decision of merging her company with SBC.

The CEO of SBC is Count Jayden Arc, an experienced business manager - having been involved in the turnaround of the Cymru Armaments Company and previously being a board member of each of the Big Five corporations in Kingborough at one time or another.
