We are in final stages of development of a manned space craft to be used for satellite repairs that can not be done from the ground. This is scheduled for completion and test launching in the next few days.

After careful consideration and consultation with our engineers and scientists I’m not confident that we will be able to assist.
Our manned space crafts have been built for purely technical repair operations. We could go down the track of building manned space crafts that you require, but the costs to move that many people would be quite significiant. We would be looking at a cost of about $50 Billion.
Also, the second problem would be where would they go? The craft would have the ability to maintain life for about 30 days, but then what?

Your request of make 'a little added on' to a terristerial aircraft is highly implausable. These aircrafts simply can not survive in the vacuum of space. Your astrophysics is also off. Space crafts must be built specifically for that purpose. You can not compare these types of aircraft.
