Vlasi Motors was founded in 1891, making race cars with only 1 manufacturing plant: the Uthusk Assembly Plant. It is still in usage today. It was not until 1907, with the advent of automobiles for the average person, that Vlasi Motors really took off. Our first real car, the Helvetian, sold out within a week. Why?: It's good value. It was h-tech for the early 1900's, all at a cheap cost. During World War 1, Vlasi Motors started making jeeps and other transport vehicles for the Orlkjestadian military. In 1921, Vlasi Motors came out with the revolutionary Brittania sedan, which is still in production today. It, like the Helvetian, also had a good value. It had a radio, rubber tires, and other features. Today, Vlasi Motors is the largest automobile manufacturer in Orlkjestad. With our 10 year 100,000 kilometer warranty, RoadLink roadside assistance, reading lights, 1 free year long subscription to MusicLink satellite radio, Bluetooth in all our vehicles, and the quality of a car that can only be made in Orlkjestad, there's no question that we are the best in Orlkjestad. 2010 Vlasi Brittania

The Brittania has gone a long way since its first introduction in 1921. Now, with a top speed of 230mph, 12 cylinders, an 8' screen, GPS, built in cooler, cruise control, 4 wheel drive, satellite radio, seat warmers, power windows, wood grains, power door lock, power seats, and hot/cold cupholders in the center console, a built in microvave in the glove compartment, titanium alloy rims, a wood and asian velvet steering wheel, asian velvet seats, power sunroof, 24 kpg highway and 19 kph city, and seats for 2, it is truly a rich man's car. It costs 200,500 USD.

2010 Vlasi Adriatic

Sophisticated, yet casual. Elegant, yet not over-the-top. The Vlasi Adriatic is truly a sight to see. This convertible can either come as a hard-top or a soft-top. It has a 7' screen, a built in cooler, hot/cold cupholders, GPS, satellite radio, power windows, power door locks, windscreen, power seats, chrome rims, and a wood and leather steering wheel, wood grains, cruise control, 4 wheel drive, all going at a top speed of 150mph and 8 cylinders, 27 kph highway and 22 kph city, seating 4 in either leather or sports cloth seats, back seat tray tables, it is perfect for casual trips to the beach, but you want to look elegant. It costs 45,000 USD.

2010 Vlasi Danube

There are many things to be said about the Danube. Stylish. Relaxing. Luxurious. But, most of all, people call it: just plain great. With a hot/cold cupholder, 6' screen, GPS, leather and wood steering wheel, leather seats or sports cloth seats, power sunroof, cruise control, 25 kph highway and 21 kph city, 4 wheel drive, wood grains, satellite radio, among others, this 2 seater goes at a top speed of 135mph, with 10 cylinders. It costs 42,000 USD.

2010 Vlasi Hudson

This fuel efficient compact car at 31kph highway and 28kph city is rather luxurious for a hybrid compact, with leather or sports cloth seats, GPS, wood grains, wood and leather steering wheel, back seat tray table, among others, all at a price of 26,500 USD, this 4 seater car is nice, luxurious, and quaint.

It has come to our attention that your company has expansion plans. Have you ever considered becoming a part of the VLT Automotive Group? You, as an owner, or stockholder, will be presented with a very attractive price for your share in the company, while the complete workforce will be secured of employment for the years to come.

Our company has the reputation that it cares for the identity of your brand. And we do. We hope to preserve the character of Vlasi Motors by maintaining its in-house research, development and design departments, to assure ourselves of the fact that only the real Vlasi spirit will remain, and will not vanish over time.
With this brand, which we hope to deliver in a selected amount of nations, we shall be targeting the upper class, while we will attempt to establish a positive brand image for these markets. The company will have the advantage of VLT's extensive list of contacts and distribution network, which makes it easier for Vlasi to establish itself in other nations, but also will give it easy access to assets such as transport services and roadside assistance (available only in selected nations).

The factories of Vlasi should be upgraded to the VLT standards that are held in high regard by both employers and employees, and all factory workers shall be retained in order to keep up the construction of Vlasi automobiles. Even though the reconstruction of the factories will mean that the Vlasi factories will need to be taken out of working order for several months, this time can be used to re-educate the employees on various important topics, ranging from safety to quality control. After this refurbishment and re-education, Vlasi will possibly stronger than ever before.

We promise you that we will defend the Vlasi spirit in every way possible. Our intention is to acquire 100% of the stocks of the company, in order to be able to take it off the stock market and integrate it into the VLT Automotive Group. Currently, we have little insight in the costs and profits of Vlasi Motors, and we would therefore ask you to either give us the current price per share, as well as the amount of shares, or the average revenue of the company and its total assets. Of course, we do not want the production of automobiles to stall, and therefore, we have carefully planned out a roster, which shows that one factory will be under reconstruction for 6 months, and will subsequently take the production load of the next factory that will close down for reconstruction and re-education. This means that Vlasi will temporarily operate under reduced capacity for several years, and thus we have decided to allocate a section of the production capacity of a VLT factory in Esch-sur-Alzette, Van Luxemburg. This factory will continue producing Vlasi automobiles from the moment the first factory goes into refurbishment, up till the moment the last factory re-opens. Of course, if there is an overcapacity in your original factories, we would rather not retool one of our facilities for the production of your automobiles - it is a costly thing to do.

As of now, we have little insight in the actual price of Vlasi stocks. We cannot value the property it owns, nor do we have any numbers on profits and revenue. A rough estimate of one of these data, or simply an asking price, would be very welcome.
