Greetings and Salutations

The Republic of Cestyr is a small yet burgeoning nation with a mostly peaceful history, residing in The West Pacific. Cestyr places a strong emphasis on trade and diplomacy rather than military strength in order to hold influence in it's part of the world. In recent years, the population of Cestyr has grown substantially and now other nations of the region look to Cestyr to retain security and promote equality between nations. Despite the overall positive attitidue towards peacekeeping amongst the Cestyn population, efforts have been somewhat limited over the past few years due to a decline in the operational abilities of Cestyn's military forces.

Thus, it has been decided by the Cestyn Liberal Party with unanimous support from the parliament that a military modernization program will commence immediately with the hope that it will be completed by the decade. This will come in addition to a substantial funding increase to the armed forces backed by a planned 20% increase in man power to be achieved over the next five years.

Cestyr now seeks international arms manufacturers to showcase their offerings in the hope to fill one of Cestyr's many contracts for new weaponry and munitions.

The restructuring of the air force features the fighter group divided into three seperate wings: Air Superiority (ASF), Group A Multirole (AMF) and Group B Multirole (BMF). ASF's will be used only for air-to-air combat, intercepting high priority targets and/or defending areas of high importance against enemy fighters or bombers. This is the smallest element of the group. AMF's and BMF's will complete much the same roles however BMF's will be primed more towards an air-to-ground role whereas AMF's will complete air-to-air duties in the absense of ASF's. The roles of these two aircraft are interchangeable.

The BitTrigger Equine-Friendly Weapon Adapter Kit is a specialized system designed for soldiers who lack the ability to hold a standard firearm and/or pull its trigger. The equine variant of the AppleWear ATU is designed with equine users in mind. The hooves, joints, and head are all covered by graphene/CFRP hybrid plating. The AppleWear ATU equine variant also includes expansion space for two utility pouches, a life support system, and optional flight thrusters for pegasus-type equines. The equine variant also features removable flaps to accommodate wings, and an expandable forehead piece on the helmet to support a horn if worn by a unicorn-type equine.

Neko Variant

The Neko Variant is a new addition optimized for those of the species Homo sapiens felis. Special enhancements include electronic ears in the helmet designed to filter and amplify sounds, clearance for a tail, and onboard sensors systems more suited to feline pursuit and stalking tactics when used with the Advanced Electronics System add-on.

The Merina-class Aircraft Carrier is the primary capital ship class in service with the Hippostanian Navy.

The two "Sunstar" reactors give the ship an effectively unlimited range, or rather, an endurance limited only by its crew. The nuclear reactors drive a quartet of steam turbines which turn four drive shafts to propel the Merina and her sisters through the water at up to 32 knots rated speed.

The baseline Merina-class utilises a suite of air traffic control radars, 3D search radars and fire control radars that were state-of-the-art in the late 1980s when the class was introduced, and fequent updates have kept the ships current.

The most recent upgrade installed the '"Tesseract" 3D radar, which replaced several of the class' older search and navigational radars.

Carlisle-class Guided Missile Cruiser is a large surface-warfare ship designed and built for the Hippostanian Navy. It is one of the newest and largest combat ships of the Hippostanian fleet, and has proven to be an extremely valuable asset to the Hippostanian Navy.

While not a "stealth" ship per se, considerable effort has gone into reducing the ship's radar cross-section. Most of the surface "clutter" of antennas, old-style towers, small boat handling equipment and the like has been designed away or hidden behind surface panels. This gives the superstructure a very "clean" appearance similar to other modern ships such as the Dutch De Zeven Provinciën-class frigate or the British Type 45 Daring-class destroyer. The Carlisle-class is larger than either of those classes, however; comparable in length to an American Ticonderoga-class cruiser.

A twin-screw design, the Providence-class' two 5-bladed propellers drive the craft through the water at speeds of up to 33 knots. Each propeller is fully reversible and features controllable pitch for maximum efficiency at high speeds and maximum stealth at lower speeds.

Driving these twin shafts are four steam turbine engines, each rated at 22,000 kW, using steam produced by the two onboard nuclear reactors. These provide ample power for both propulsion and ship's systems.

The main armament of the Carlisle-class is its large bank of VLS cells. The VLS banks are arranged in two blocks, one forward of the control tower and one aft. Unlike the Providence-class destroyer, the Carlisle-class been designed around VLS systems to a much greater degree. The 156 cells are compatible with a large number of missiles, from the large Tomahawk naval cruise missile and Harpoon sea-skimming antiship missile to the Standard and Seawolf air defence missiles (the last in quad-stacked packages).

Due to the class' doctrinal role as cruisers, ASW has been de-emphasised in the design. The vertical-launching variant of the ASROC anti-submarine missile will fit the VLS cells, but is not normally carried in any numbers.

While missiles are powerful and effective naval weapons, for sheer versatility a gun still has its uses. Accordingly, the Providence-class features a 125mm/65 naval gun mounted in a turret in the prow. Though packing considerably less offensive punch than the missiles, the gun is often used against small targets for which a missile would be a waste, or to support amphibious operations with naval gunfire.

The Providence-class is designed around the AEGIS fire control system and its three-dimensional AN/SPY 3 active electronically scanning array radar. The AN/SPY 3 radar replaces up to five different radar systems in older ships, as well as up to ten antennas. In addition, the class has computer processing power set aside to handle UAV, UUV and other remote sensing platform data. As a part of this, the Carlisle-class incorporates a package of fleet data links and helicopter-based sensor suites codenamed "Seahorse". The Seahorse package is analogous to the US LAMPS III system, but is an indigenously-developed Hippostanian version.

The ship's defensive systems include both gun-based and missile-based defensive systems, chaff pods, decoys and torpedo countermeasures.

Air defence is handled by a combination of the American "Standard" medium-range SAM, the British "Seawolf" point-defence SAM and the "Phalanx" CIWS system. These systems function in a coordinated, layered defence system to eradicate aerial-based threats.

Offense
As a utility craft, the Firefly’s primary defense is its speed and maneuverability. The armaments on the SA-2 are a pair of door-mounted MBS-9M Hydras, or M60 Machine Guns (which are also capable of being fixed forward to be remotely operated by the pilot), and missile pods on pylons immediately aft of the cockpit. An alternate configuration is one Hydra on the left pedestal and a .30 Caliber Machine Gun on the right pedestal.
Defense
The UH-15 is equipped with a Bacilli State Armaments ADP- Air Defence Package which is a Military aircraft system that defends the UH-15 from Air to Air, and Ground to Air threats. The ADP comprises of chaff, flares, and electronic countermeasures combined with radar warning receivers to detect threats. On the UH-15, the entire system is integrated and computer-controlled, allowing an aircraft to autonomously detect, classify and act in an optimal manner against a potential threat to its safety. The engines have extremely intense insulation and cooling, significantly reducing their heat signature and hindering enemy heat seeking missiles' ability to track the UH-15.Along with the UH-15’s countermeasure system there is composite armor in the pilot’s seats and the dual-layer canopy can withstand strikes from smaller firearms.
Cockpit & Cabin
The cockpit can be sealed from the outside atmosphere and gives seats for four personnel. Standard emergency equipment is the built in fire suppression system, portable fire extinguishers, emergency beacons, trauma medical kit. An onboard air generator supplies enough air for multiple repress cycles of the cockpit and the cabin separately, which allows personnel to move from the cockpit into the depressurized cabin through a pressure door or allows the crew to exit and re-enter the aircraft multiple times. All controls and gauges are electronic and fully illuminated. Typical operating configuration is cabin doors off during flight. All seats have four-point restraints, and the gunnery stations have safety lanyards to secure the gunners. The vehicle is typically piloted from the right seat, but has dual controls. Downward visibility is excellent, with big chin-bubbles and inward cambered lower door window, which is ideal for operations in hover. The Samson is capable of carrying long-line sling loads with a typical belly hook and winch arrangement.
Thrust and Rotors
The Firefly uses a pair of ducted fans with coaxial propellers, increasing the lift efficiency while granting excellent maneuverability. Both fans are capable of rotating independently backwards and forwards. Left and right movement is possible by changing the speed of either one of the fans; the Firefly moves forward by rotating its fans horizontally. As a result, the Samson is incredibly maneuverable. Thrust is provided by two Maxepti CF-2200 Turbo shaft engines mounted either side of the fuselage, with heat suppressing devices to control heat emissions. The engines are rated at 2000kw each, providing an enormous amount of power for lift. The maximum speed in normal operations is 180 knots.

Overview:
The RH-15 RescueFly Rescue Helicopter is the unarmed rescue version of the UH-15 FireFly Utility Helicopter. Equiped with a rescue hoist and a full medical life preservation unit, it is fully prepared to rescue a person in need from any location under any circumstances.

Avionics
The RescueFly carries the same avionics as the Firefly does with an extra feature. Autohover enables the RescueFly's onboard computers to stablize the RescueFly and hover in place without pilot assistance. Be forewarned sometimes pilot control is better than Autohover in certain circumstances

Overview
The F-61 SuperFalcon is a Fighter Interceptor designed to fly at high speeds and high altitudes. The SuperFalcon is a combination of the YF-12 prototype fighter interceptor and the F-16 Falcon. The FightingFalcon is capable of cruising at Mach 3.2 and attaining altitudes in excess of 80,000 feet. On May 15th 2012 The SuperFalcon broke the Bacillian Airforce’s Speed and Altitude records flying at 2,470.101 mph and an altitude record of 90,258 feet. Thanks to the F-61’s low radar cross-section and extremely high speeds, it is nearly invisible to radar. The F-61 can carry a wide variety of Air to Air missiles and recently a Bacillian F-61 shot down a defunct satellite using a Bacillian anti-satellite missile.

Avionics & Countermeasures
The F-61 uses a combination of long range radar and infrared search sensors along with precision radar coupled to the infrared tracking system. Range of the radar and infrared trackers are estimated at 400 to 500 miles, giving the F-61 an unparalleled ability to detect and destroy enemy aircraft. The F-61 Employs an advanced DFI-14 Navigation system allowing the pilot to navigate to any position around the world. Its live time GPS-System allows the pilot to see target positions and threats on his visual monitor in real time. The SuperFalcon includeds optical/infrared imagery systems; electronic intelligence (ELINT) gathering systems; defensive systems for countering missile and airborne fighters; and recorders for SLAR, ELINT and maintenance data. The SuperFalcon carries a Fairchild tracking camera and an HRB Singer infrared camera, both of which run during the entire mission for route documentation, to respond to any accusations of overflight. Loral's Advanced Synthetic Aperture Radar System (ASARS-1) allows the pilot to detect any threats in a 500 mile 360 degree radius. Both the first SLR and ASARS-1 are ground mapping imaging systems, collecting data either in fixed swaths left or right of centerline or from a spot location for higher resolution. ELINT-gathering systems, called the Electro Magnetic Reconnaissance System (EMR), built by AIL can be carried in the chine bays to analyze electronic signal fields being passed through, and were pre-programmed to identify items of interest. The SuperFalcon carries various electronic countermeasures, including warning and active electronic systems built by several ECM companies and called Systems A, A2, A2C, B, C, C2, E, G, H and M. On a given mission, an aircraft will carry several of these frequency/purpose payloads to meet the expected threats. A data-link system can send ASARS-1 and ELINT data from about 2,000 nmi (3,700 km) of track coverage to a suitably equipped ground station.
Life Support
Because the F-61 flies at such high altitudes, special protective pressurised suits have been created to protect the pilot from such high pressures.
In addition to pressure suits, The cabin itself requires a heavy-duty cooling system, for cruising at Mach 3.2 would heat the aircraft's external surface well beyond 500 °F (260 °C) and the inside of the windshield to 250 °F (120 °C). An air conditioner uses a heat exchanger to dump heat from the cockpit into the fuel prior to the combustion.
Engines
The SuperFalcon's Pratt & Whitney J58-P4 engines are innovative marvels that used the most extreme materials of this time. Each J58 could produce 32,500 lbf (145 kN) of static thrust. The only Bacillian engines designed to operate continuously on afterburner, the J58 engines are most efficient around Mach 3.2, and this is the SuperFalcon's typical cruising speed.
A unique hybrid, the engine can be thought of as a turbojet inside a ramjet. At lower speeds, the turbojet provides most of the compression and most of the energy from fuel combustion. At higher speeds, the turbojet largely ceases to provide thrust; instead, air is compressed by the shock cones and fuel burns in the afterburner.
In detail, air was initially compressed (and thus also heated) by the shock cones, which generated shock waves that slowed the air down to subsonic speeds relative to the engine. The air then passed through four compressor stages and was split by movable vanes: some of the air entered the compressor fans ("core-flow" air), while the rest of the air went straight to the afterburner (via six bypass tubes). The air traveling through the turbojet was further compressed (and further heated), and then fuel was added to it in the combustion chamber: it then reached the maximum temperature anywhere in the SuperFalcon, just low enough to keep the turbine blades from softening. After passing through the turbine (and thus being cooled somewhat), the core-flow air went through the afterburner and met with any bypass air.
Around Mach 3, the increased heating from the shock cone compression, plus the heating from the compressor fans, is enough to get the core air to high temperatures, and little fuel can be added in the combustion chamber without melting the turbine blades. This means the whole compressor-combustor-turbine set-up in the core of the engine provides less power, and the SuperFalcon flies predominantly on air bypassed straight to the afterburners, forming a large ramjet effect. The maximum speed is limited by the specific maximum temperature for the compressor inlet of 800 °F (427 °C).
AirFrame
On most aircraft, use of titanium was limited by the costs involved in procurement and manufacture. It is generally used only in components exposed to the highest temperatures, such as exhaust fairings and the leading edges of wings. On the F-61, titanium was used for 85% of the structure, with the rest of composite materials. As such, the F-61 is a ground-breaking aircraft, and some of the fabrication methods employed by Bacilli State Armaments have since been used in the manufacture of many jet fighters and other aircraft. Titanium requires distilled water to be used during welding, because the chlorine in tap water causes corrosion; similarly, the cadmium-plated tools used on other aircraft were also found to cause corrosion, and had to be replaced. Metallurgical contamination is another problem; at one point, it caused the rejection of 80% of the titanium delivered for the project. The high temperatures generated during flight required special design and operating techniques. For example, major portions of the skin of the inboard wings are corrugated, not smooth. (Aerodynamicists initially opposed the concept and accused the design engineers of trying to make a Mach-3 variant of the 1920s-era Ford Trimotor, known for its corrugated aluminum skin.) The heat of flight would have caused a smooth skin to split or curl, but the corrugated skin could expand vertically and horizontally. The corrugation also increased longitudinal strength. Similarly, the fuselage panels were manufactured to fit only loosely on the ground. Proper alignment is only achieved when the airframe heated up and expanded several inches.
Cooling was carried out by cycling fuel behind the titanium surfaces in the chines. On landing, the canopy temperature was over 300 °C (572 °F).
Studies of the aircraft's titanium skin revealed that the metal was actually growing stronger over time, because of intense heating caused by compression of the air at high speeds acting as a regular heat treatment.
Under the fuselage, there are 3 missile bays the center missile bay is 20Ft. by 7.5 Ft. and is capable of holding 2 Fury Long Range Air to Air Missiles or 6 Sidewinder Air to Air Missiles. The left and right Missile bays are 15ft. by 7.5 ft. and can each carry 4 Sidewinder Air to Air Missiles. Or 2 Huntsmen Heat Tracking Missiles.
Armaments
Along with its Missile load out, the F-61 carries 1 Vulcan Minigun underneath the Pilots seat that is used in dogfights. It fires 3,000 rounds a minute, and The SuperFalcon can carry 4,500 30. Caliber rounds.
