Sky Corporation is the world's second largest conglomerate, and we are looking to expand our presence in the aeroplane industry. We have identified two airlines operated by Armaj Heavy Industries for expansion- MeciFly and Bluebird Skyways. Sky would like to present an offer for these two great airlines.

We would like to purchase a 35% stake in both MeciFly and Bluebird Skyways. Current management would continue, and Sky would guarantee no redundancies for four years. For at least ten years, or an alternative deadline we can negotiate, the brands would continue, and Sky would take a hands-off approach providing only funds when needed.

For both airlines, we propose an offer of £603 billion (about $175 billion universal standard dollars). This would be a 90% cash, 10% stock in Sky deal. We are willing to negotiate, and we wish you a happy new year.
