Tea is , as you know a valuable commodity that you expertly offer to nations across the world and as the New Waterford Tea Company expands ever further, one could assume transporting it all becomes increasingly difficult. It is understood that you offer Tea to be delivered via Air/Sea or Rail. It is the last option that interests us the most. We are Turino Trains International. We operate on over 1200km of network and are ever growing. Perhaps we can come to some arrangement where our company could transport all your tea by rail. It would be a much cheaper solution to simply pay us to manage tea transportation rather than having to pay individually on fees and would ensure it is transported quickly and efficiently to many areas.

When you say "our company could transport all your tea by rail", do you mean "all of your tea transported by rail could be transported by us" or "all of your tea that you export could be delivered by us by rail"? I just want to make sure.

We wholly understand your decision and hope that it's outcome does not affect any future business decisions of your company in regards to CuppaCoffee. We are however still interested in making you one of our official suppliers of quality teas, we hope that a regular (monthly) shipment of varying amounts of your product can be established. Rather than paying for it all in a single sum like most of your customers, our desire to keep your company as a supplier into the distant future would mean we would be more comfortable paying the total fee each month after each shipment has been successfully made.

Firstly, thank you for taking the time to reply and just to clarify:
1) We hope that "all of your tea transported by rail could be transported by us"

As here at TTI, we believe it would be more cost effective for you, and perhaps if the policy works and is cheaper, Turino Trains could take on a bigger role .
Therefore, if you are still interested, please send a post or Private Wired Telegram (to the Kingdom of Turino ) where we could discuss the costs of such a deal based on:

1) How much you are willing to pay for such a service/or how much you currently spend
2) How much tea needs to be distributed.
3) How regularly tea is distributed.

Also, TTI have been trying to calculate the value of your tea per kg to help with our delivery/transportation costs, it seems to range from 0.05 NWP (New Waterfordian Pounds) per kg to 10 NWP per kg (equivalent) to other regions.
