The original hull is built to withstand the weight of massive guns, and without said guns would actually cause the entire hull to be warped and eventually break. If you have suggestions for equally-weighted objects, we could use an in-construction hull.
Without this equipment and reduced materials, the overall cost of the ship would be closer to $75 Billion. However, we might recommend the Siege-class, as it would be more suited to docking party-yachts as well in it's well-deck and provides a larger hangar-bay and flight-deck for raves.

Dear Halcyon Arms

We would recommend false dummy guns weighted to the same level as the original guns as suitable replacements in order to use the in-construction hull. We would like to keep the exterior appearance of the ship similar to the stock version, and as such would prefer fewer major alterations that would change the silhouette of the ship. Some in government would like to inquire if the restriction could be bypassed if the ship was purchased by the R.A.E. directly as it is a civilian entity with no direct affiliation with the Narnian government.
