It is able to hold six typical helicopters on it's flight deck above the aft-medical bay, or two large helicopters or VTOL aircraft. The Whitepoint-class modules can also be swapped inside of twenty-four hours, allowing it to be used for other purposes rapidly. This also includes a Helicopter Carrier module.
For a dedicated Helicopter Carrier, we recommend our Crusader-class. For a ship of it's kind it is extremely well armed.

We are somewhat lacking in the field of Amphibious Landing Ships, however, we do have the Katar-class Modular Littoral Combat Ship, which has the ability to support several different operations, including Amphibious Assault. Though it is not suited to launch numerous forces or carry them for extended duration, it can launch two LCACs or smaller landing craft, or numerous RHIBs. The Katar is more suited to supporting Special Operations forces.

A recent political revolution of extreme capitalism and anti-humanism has occurred in a former colony of Aterna. Despite numerous attempts at negotiation, the rebel colonists would not put down their arms. After several weeks of bartering, and after the killing of all Aternan workers at the Colonial Embassy, the Commonwealth declared a state of martial law to exist in the colony and sent 3 Fleet Carriers, with thousands of personnel on board, to enforce the law by destroying any "governmental" and large military complexes. Speeding ahead of their escorting flotilla, the Fleet Carriers traveled into Bucks-Berg Strait, where rebel aircraft of an unknown class attacked and sunk all three, with only a few hundred sailors saved by a key ally. The Southern Fleet, broken and without a primary element, was re-tasked to green water defense. With the Northern Fleet readying for war, a new centerpiece was needed in order to re-activate the Southern Fleet to the purpose of naval support on offensive operations. Your Warhorse dreadnought was perfect for the task.

The colony continues to grow at a rapid pace, and oppresses the populace (such as executing poets and writers for entertainment) in favor of a higher economy. The Apocalypse made the rebel government receive a stronger power base, and with more power the rebellious colony sent guided missile submarines to attack our coasts.

As for the ship, we will use it in compliance with the Rules of Armed Conduct, and once the colony is re-taken from the rebels the ship will be used for blue water defense in peacetime.

Other information surrounding the events behind the sinking of the carriers and the submarine incursion is classified. The enormous firepower for the dreadnought is required to destroy heavily defended installations that give the rebels the power they currently have.

This is quite possible. The more recent refit of your ships will ease this process. We will be quite thorough - the age of the ships may complicate things and require a bit of redoing to ensure integrity, but they will be made as new again - yet better. Your ship will receive a full electronics upgrade, including radar and sonar. If you allow it, we will replace many of the smaller, 5" guns with VLS pods, though some will be left; we can even swap them out entirely for our own weapon systems - we, however, recommend as minimal a mixed-armament as possible when it comes to guns, for logistic purposes. All guns will be given autoloading capabilities for faster firing.

Depending on your request, this process may or may not be expensive. We are likely to renovate much of the engine-room to simplify it's operation - this will be done in coordination with your engineers and operators as well to ensure maximum effectiveness, and to fix any issues they've noted over the years, large or small.

Now, for the numerous details. First, Let's cover the location request. This would be the special offer we had in mind earlier.
We have a service we offer to large companies that are important to us. Just as you have the "design-a-ship" program, we have a setup for designing your own city, per se. I'll try to keep this as brief an explanation as possible.

Firstly, you get a plot of land. It's currently undeveloped desert, so free of charge. The one we have in mind contains a large natural harbor that could be expanded, and borders an undeveloped oil field. Next, we build a city from scratch, placing as much as possible as deep as possible underground. Obviously not everything can be placed there, but the less we expose to the surface sun and sand, the longer it lasts. We have specifications, and modify them with the company's. You can even oversee the construction of any facilities you desire. THe idea of these cities is to provide an environment whose only import is raw material, and whose main export are the finished goods. These cities grow their own food hydroponically, run power nuclearly (usually we supply, but in your case we're happy to let you provide), have their own on-site refinery, desalinate their own water, and maintain all other facilities you could think to need. You can populate as much as you wish, and then open the rest to applicants. Basically, you post terms of employment and requirements to a central website, and accept any and all residents. With all members of society serving at least some time in some form of military, I imagine we'd be a fertile hiring ground for you. Once established, you can sell your good to all EI citizens, and export many of them. You'd be the only builder of large Military ships outside the only remaining active government facility, which is refining and producing Seawolf-class subs at the moment, and hence hold a monopoly on that field. Citizens, police, and soldiers can purchase all manner of arms with the proper license, and are always following good suppliers. You'd have quite a few rivals in that field, but even soldiers are an open market. A government-backed company offers the standard-issue, cheap option, but beyond that soldiers may purchase their own weapons. With your other vehicles, you'd be competing with a few other companies for military and police purchases (Our police could probably defeat some nations' militaries), but so far we've been quite impressed with your products, and are certainly in mind for the next large purchase of those. So basically, you have a good market. This benefits us, to have a local repair and production facility, and you to be able to run a large production and training facility your way. Speaking, you can ultimately take full control of the city. We will provide police, defence, and a supervisory office, but you can fill all other jobs. You're probably wondering how this is funded. Well, we're happy to fund 60% of building costs for your business. Once there, the only long-term payments you make to us are a very low city tax, .1% a percent of initial building cost a year, and payment for any and all oil extracted and/or used for your own purposes. That can also be put directly into paying for our purchases, however. Think of it as you simply paying for the oil you take, however much that be. We're always open to improvements and negotiations, and hope you consider this deal. Only one requirement remains- That you first produce any of our purchase not fulfilled by the approximately two-year completion of city date.

We are quite pleased to inform you that your order has been approved in full, and deliveries will begin over the course of the next several weeks; our production facilities are extensive and your requested number of ships is already nearing completion or testing, as we always overproduce in anticipation for future orders. Your sailors are welcome - and recommended - to begin training onboard the ships. They will, prior to their deliver, undergo a four-day Quality Assurance Sea Trial phase, where the ship is put through it's paces to ensure all parts are working properly, as well as final-performance of large and complex preventative maintenance items, observation of both of these parts of the QAST phase have proven beneficial to other navies, and all training is free of charge, as most is done in coordination with other items.

Your In-Country Halcyon Arms Facility is also agreed to. We can provide efficient plans based off our own operations, as we've had to set up like facilities elsewhere, some within our own country. Populating the facility will be dependent on how many of your own citizens apply. We will provide our own power plants and oil-mining equipment.

Our only condition not otherwise discussed is the cost of products built in your country; an additional 10% will be dropped off the cost of all products due to the reduced logistics costs, and more can be dropped off if your nation provides raw-materials, directly relative to the cost of those materials. As a courtesy, 10% will also be dropped off of all DPRs; Halcyon Arms will still produce these DPR-purchased items within the factories, however all materials must be provided by your nation.

We also request that a test-range be included in this plot of land, for use of testing weaponry, aircraft, and ground vehicles, or access be given to one of your nation's. Your military would likewise be free to use this test range and any of our own training facility, should there be space available.

Re- Facility

You are free to use your own plans, though we'd appreciate if you'd allow some of our leading engineers to review them, in the desert context. Last time we let someone build their own entirely, it collapsed a year into construction. Your application has been posted, and over 500 applications have been submitted in the first three hours, all but one of which were cleared by our security system and forwarded to the address you provided for review.

We thank you for your discount, but have a question. Does that 10% stack with the allies region discount? Also, we have a high wealth of many rare earth minerals, but a lack of any baser metal in large amounts. You're free to import and and all of your own raw material, or purchase from any Economatian company in that field.

Finally, there is certainly space available! This is the only developed facility for dozens and dozens of miles from that point. The boundaries are dependent on your plans.
