[OOC: Although I think Parthan doesn’t intend to sell (and I certainly wouldn’t if I was him, it’s a truly great thread), it is quite fun to calculate that by my estimate, excluding non-RPed custom, Halcyon arms currently takes in $5-10 trillion per year, implying by my estimate profits on the order of $2 trillion, depending on production costs and precisely what is ordered. Although this is a few times lower than the peak a few years ago (in part due to market saturation) this means the company is probably worth substantially more than $20 trillion, which makes your offer at least 15 times too small.
