To start this off, I wish to convey the utmost satisfaction with those items previously purchased through your company. Our observers found the Legacy-class strike submarine to be, in all respects, more than adequate for our purposes.
Additionally, our scientists have found that, through slight modification to our previous generations of ships, we were able to vertically store and launch the MQ-21 Wasp (locally designated the MQ-21 Katzbalger). It was also found that the same qualities used to adapt this for sub-surface launch have made it exceedingly useful in the role of ground-based all-weather launching. This is primarily useful for launching from foliage, where a covert airfield could, in the foreseeable future, launch Wasps from a nearly undisturbed patch of forest.
Furthermore, your C-53 series of vehicles has proved most useful - from the KC-53 to the MC-53 to the AC-53. Local variants have been made on your airframe - some inspired by our products previously purchased - and we are fully willing to share these successful designs with you in exchange for our being allowed to continue them, or provide monetary exchange to allow us to continue to manufacture these. Note that, while these are built off of the C-53 - which we purchased the rights to - and are designed similarly to some of the vehicles we purchased individual specimens to, they are distinctly different - enough so that converting your designs would be more costly than building them from scratch. We would still, however, like to purchase the rights to some craft whose designs seem already perfected for our needs.

We would further like to purchase some additional vehicles to add to our inventory. One of the primary goals highlighted this quarter has been to increase our rather lacking naval projection capabilities. Up until now, this has been found to be in problematic conflict with our policy of maintaining a submersible combat fleet - something that, while extremely advantageous in force-on-force engagements, has proven to be very limiting in terms of force-projection.
To this end, we would like to purchase several examples of your new Tyrfing-class SSVN, which appears to exhibit every trait we have been looking to emphasize in our Navy.
We would also like to purchase the rights to three separate models of your F/A-60 line: The F/A-60B, the E/A-60D, and the QF-60G. The F/A-60B is intended to replace our current carrier-capable aircraft, which, while still sufficient for many roles, have proven aged. The E/A-60D is intended as a joint venture between our army and air forces, with the goal of allowing increased protection for precision strikes, both airborne and ground. The QF-60, however, is solely being pursued by our air forces, for the defense of key assets, such as our E-53 AWACs, over hostile terrain.
The other half of our force projection doctrine is amphibious projection of ground forces. For this, we are currently restricted to the landing of infantry and, at best, light armour, with the aim of capturing ports so that heavier forces can be landed. However, your Athlit BSC seems well-suited to the role. As the necessity of this role is still in question, we will only be purchasing 200 of these craft.
Additionally, our armoured forces have found that, while our current M63 Arctic Wolf series is typically able to match many threats, it is sadly lacking in superiority. To this end, we noted your M6A1 Crusader main battle tank. Citing it's much-superior armour, and modifiable turret-ring, we wish to purchase 500 of these for use in our Experimental Divisions.
To aid our infantry in countering both irregular and regular forces, as well as minimizing collateral in either scenario, we wish to purchase the both the recon and combat variants of your Kestrel UAV - the latter of which, rather conveniently, uses ammunition that we already have in circulation.
