As for the NR-53R/S (the price listed is for the combination of both NR-53S and NR-53R; both aircraft are purchased for that price), it is suitable as a portable yet relatively powerful power station. They were primarily designed for emergency scenarios, as in after large earthquakes, tsunamis, typhoons, or hurricanes, as they do not necessarily require an airport to land. They are not recommended for military use in a hostile area where they might be endangered. They also have little other use, though both can provide clean water through desalinization, but not in greatly sufficient amounts that, without at least one additional NR-53S, they can operate at power and still provide clean water.
