SIC: Greetings, considering that you are Rawlincia's primary Defense Contractor with many production facilities (both Arms Factory and Construction docks) in Rawlincia and now you are offering commissions we have a big project for you. The F-65 Near Space fighter, we (the Rawlincia Armed Forces Advanced Research Division) have a basic idea in mind. You can use R.A.P.I.E.R. engines for propulsion, we want it to have a cruising speed of at least Mach 4-5 and a max speed of Mach 5.1-5.3. It should have a max altitude of 250,000-325,000 ft and a payload of 10,000-15,000 lbs. This will be a very hard feat of engineering to complete but you have our full support. As well as a flexible budget of 200 Billion NSD.
Our engineers have these ideas

-RAPIER Hybrid jet/rocket engines (OOC: You play KSP so you should know what the RAPIER is.)
-Both a pressurized cockpit and a pressurized flight suit. Your ejection pods with be perfect.
-Due to friction the outside of the aircraft will be very hot, we don't want to let that heat go all to waste, a Thermoelectric generator(s) would be a great addition to the aircraft
