The rights to production of MLSS-21-160ATK missiles, without limitations for internal use, have been granted to you. All necessary data and equipment will be provided, including the designs of the launcher systems.

Since MLSS-21 series missiles have been designed with versatility in mind, they can be adapted to subsurface launch at various depth by the addition of a booster and a few protective caps. The booster can increase the overall length by between ~15% and 25%, depending on what variant is considered (less for larger ones) and what maximum depth is required.

As for MLSS-21-160ATK specifically, however, it is not advisable for such a role. It is predominantly an anti-tank missile, and would have very limited effectiveness at sea.
We are considering adding dedicated subsurface variants in the next series update.
