Seeing as we are a tundra nation that is extremely densely populated, this is just the thing we need. We would like to extend to you a construction contract. With the help of local construction workers and contractors, you are to build 250 Skyfarms and 250 Deepfarms all over the country. We are almost completely reliant on foreign imports for food, so this deal is well worth the cost for us if we can overcome our dependence on foreign foodstuffs. The price comes out to $100 billion. One question: Will your workers be building these structures, or will it be up to local construction workers? If your laborers will be constructing these things, it is expected that they will start immediately.

To The Honorable House of Castile,
We will provide you with the technical assistance. We understand that the labor is an internal matter decided inside a sovereign nation. We will be providing full technical details, blueprints, and surveying of the sites for your construction workers.
Regards,
Martha Ohyes, Free Commonalities Minister of Trade

Re: Laborers
To The Honorable Martin Olsen, Trade Representative
We can begin immediately on part of the total order. Our current population is 6 million people. We will be sending over a considerable amount of our laborers, engineers, and technical specialists. However, if you wish to finish a contract of this size, we will have to hire local labor and some specialists for half of the project if you wish to have the project expedited quickly. We will source some of the specialized material from our country and try to get a considerable amount locally. We will be sending over people and materials immediately.
