Policies and Regulations

Due to the Military contractors and private security act of 1976, Titan Aeronautics reserves the right to uphold diplomatic relations with other nations, viable if the state of New Phyrreus should not come under direct controversy of fault. Any military engagement the organisation should come under, will be in no part influenced or funded by the New Phyrrean military, providing that the state of New d standards[/size]Phyrreus should not come under direct attack.
Due to Global PMC limitations act of 2004, Titan aeronautics is legally authorised to deploy security and hardware to customers provided they aren't used against Titan aeronautics or New Phyrreus. It also states that Titan is to keep its numbers of personnel under 1,000,000, though security forces may extend the limit further.
Also due to the Record and Receipt act of 1978, Titan is to keep a meticulous and thorough account of its sales and customers for future deliberation under Security council inspection. All records are copied and stored in safe environments. Under no circumstances will Titan delete or edit any records already stored.

Policies concerning resale of aircraft

Resale of any aircraft produced, designed or manufactured by Titan Aeronautics is strictly disallowed. We are protected by over 14,000 patents and copyrighting acts, and any aircraft that are resold will be found and destroyed, and diplomatic sanctions against the party or nations responsible will be swiftly and brutally enacted.
This also concerns any aircraft that are edited, tweaked or changed and later resold.

Policies concerning WMD's

As you may know, most of our aircraft are capable of carrying and using WMD's on the battlefield. While we do not provide the armaments for our aircraft due to Security council regulation #09271B, any of our aircraft that are later utilised for Nuclear strikes are out of our jurisdiction and therefore not our responsibility. While we have no qualms against the use of WMD's, any that are used inside New Phyrreus or any of our manufacturing centres, will lead to incredibly severe diplomatic sanctions, as well as the immediate nuclear retaliation against that party and/or nation.

Test Pilots

As with any of your orders, you would expect to have a full, detailed show of the capabilities of your aircraft. And this is something we at Titan hold very dearly. At any time, a team of your commissaries or air marshals will be allowed around our facility and given a full tour of their ordered aircraft. They are also given a demonstration of the plane by a team of our highly skilled ex-naval test pilots, who will perform to the aircraft's highest capabilities. Please ask for a tour or demonstration. Our pilots are also open for aerobatics events and aircraft shows...

Security forces

All of our security on and off base is handled by CELTEC [Combat engineering and Logistical Technologies] of Newcastle, New Phyrreus. They are a highly trained force of ex-armed forces contractors, who are currently a subsidiary of Titan Aeronautics. We operate over 1,200,000 of these security personnel across the globe, equipped with top-of-the-range body armour vests, sidearms and assault rifles. As well as many installations of security cameras, sentry turrets, and security bots. And before you decide to go Deus ex on us, radar mapping installations protects all our bases.
Our security forces can also be hired for security purposes.
