Having provided us with very little justification you seem to feel the need to place armed foreign nationals of unknown training and background on our flights between your nation and our own. From our perspective this is a major problem for the security of our aircraft and the safety of our passengers.

What are we supposed to tell the myriad governments that would be involved should the actions of your air marshals cause the loss of one of our planes, or even just the harm or death of individual passengers. Should an air marshal discharge her/his weapon on a flight both the aircraft and passengers are clearly at risk.

Moreover as we would be giving you diplomatic immunity we would be seen as having legitimised any actions your security personnel take whilst enforcing Solm law on DoSA flights.

We would be unable to object if for example your men seized academics of a third party nation leaving Solm after giving a lecture you found objectionable. We would have to comply should you demand our plane return to Solm giving you jurisdiction and the right to try any of our passengers you might wish, for whatever reason, to arrest.

Furthermore your demand to UV scan every DoSA aircraft arriving in your nation is tantamount to the suggestion that Sarrowquand is complicit in hostile acts against Solm. It also seems to imply that you believe that DoSA and the Dominion government are effectively negligent in dealing with airport security, if not in fact criminal organisations who encourage and support terrorism.
