Although we previously agreed to allow Solmian air marshals to carry out their duties onboard our planned services to Nova International Airport with diplomatic immunity granted by the relevant authorities, it has come to our attention that the Ruccolian government requires all air marshals travelling on aircraft operated by Ruccolian carriers to be the responsibility of the Ruccolian Carabinieri, the national gendarmerie of the Republic. As Carabinieri officers assigned to operate on commercial aircraft undergo extensive and highly specialised training, and will remain onboard while on duty, we believe that they will comply with the security requirements prescribed by the Solmian government.

If, however, you find the above measures unsatisfactory, we wish to propose a codeshare agreement whereby a Solmian carrier such as Northern Air operates the proposed service to Arugula and markets the route in conjunction with Air Ruccola, which will allow it to benefit from significant connection opportunities and an established and loyal customer base.
