[The Order of Takhisis]

AEGIS encompasses seven brands of scooters, motorcycles and compact commercial vehicles. As the largest producer of scooters, motorcycles and automobiles in the Takhisian territories, and the region of Jethnea, AEGIS produces more than 600,000 vehicles annually, with five research and development centers, more than 6,700 employees and operations in over 50 countries.

We are also apart of the Societé Inernationale du Constructeurs de Autos (SICA) industry body.

Founded by Albert Skeer in 1884, AEGIS initially produced locomotives and railway carriages. During the Noble War the company focused on producing aircraft.

During the Noble War, the company produced bomber aircraft, but AEGIS emerged from the conflict with its main production plant completely demolished by both the airforces of Blode and Ergoth bombing it into ruin. Takhisis's crippled economy and the disastrous state of the roads did not assist in the redevelopment of the automobile markets. Salven Skeer, the son of AEGIS's founder Albert Skeer, decided to leave the aeronautical field in order to address Takhisis's urgent need for a modern and affordable mode of transportation. The idea was to design an inexpensive vehicle for the masses.

Designers in the employ of AEGIS were tasked with creating a simple, robust and affordable vehicle. The vehicle had to be easy to drive for both men and women, be able to carry a passenger, and not get its driver's clothes dirty. In 1946 AEGIS launched the legendary three wheeled vehicle Jivi (loosely translated to horse) and within ten years over a million units had been produced.

Unique and unrivalled, Jivi has remained faithful to itself, even through so many models and never-ending changes. Today, its unique, quirky shape is built around a semi-monocoque frame that uses a single load-bearing chassis in sheet-steel. A steel body houses either one or two seats. The body comes in number of styles including Van and Pick up and can be customized to meet a variety of commercial needs, from catering to urban refuse collection. The Jivi is also a fantastic outdoor advertising media solution.
