Subject: Establishment of CuppaCoffee locations
Whom it may concern,
Thank you for expressing an interest in allowing CuppaCoffee to operate within your nation. Your application, while relatively strict regarding outlined parameters and conditions, has been accepted by the board.
Regarding your various requests and requirements. Taking pride in our reputation as a moral company that vows to follow the rule of law in all areas where we maintain a presence, CuppaCoffee would certainly be prepared to comply with domestic tax laws currently active in Ashkenazi. We can only hope that they are not so harsh that they will effect the profitability of the upcoming stores within your nation. Understanding your uncertainty over the number of stores that should be established, we feel that 30 locations would be optimal for a potential trial period.
Respecting the various different cultures of the world, we shall of course introduce a regional menu that caters to the dietary needs of all the people of Ashkenazi. On a side note, while it is not customary to enter into a supplier agreement at the request of a foreign government, we feel that doing business Melah Kashruth to provide sea salt to your stores will not create any significant problems.
However, since Samson Citrus would potentially be providing a sizeable amount of our fresh fruit distributed internationally, a full compulsory review of the company will have to be carried out before we can accept them as an official supplier. Please do not hesitate to contact us should this requirement cause any problems regarding the establishment of this deal.
We look forward to working with you,
Oliver Buxon

Subject: Establishment of partnership
Whom it may concern,
Thank you for coming forward with this partnership offer. As you may know, CuppaCoffee is always looking for new potential markets to enter via third-party sale of its products.
While we have established partnerships with a number of companies from a wide range of industries over the years, the airline market has always proved to be one of the most profitable. Hoping that we can replicate this profitability through Zataristan Air with minimal risk, I am pleased to announce that the board has unanimously decided to accept your application.
We look forward to working with you,
Oliver Buxon

Subject: Supplier application
Whom it may concern,
CuppaCoffee offers a wide variety of confectionery products, acknowledging that the majority of people in the world today have developed a sweet tooth. Saying this, we have yet to establish any credible agreements with international chocolate suppliers. After browsing your storefront, we admire you eagerness to expand within the global market and applaud the early success of your company.
Confident that Finsbury Chocolates will be able to meet our monthly demands for fine chocolates, the board has unanimously decided to accept your application. Subject: Supplier application
Whom it may concern,
Your application to supply CuppaCoffee with milk has been well received by the board and concerned supplier relations departments. While we already maintain dairy contracts with a number of major international companies, none supply us exclusively with milk.
In accordance with our internal corporate guidelines regarding business with potential suppliers, a thorough review of your storefront was conducted. While your claims of producing both the finest and healthiest milk in the world might be somewhat stretched, there is no doubt that your products are indeed of high quality and could certainly help improve the quality of our beverages. Therefore, optimistic for the potential success this agreement could have, we have unanimously decided to accept your application. Cattleland United Dairy is now an official supplier.
Using the above information as the basis for our decision regarding your second application, as well as the potential for the expansion of your franchise network, we would certainly be interested in entering into a partnership with your company. A further discussion with the board and necessary corporate departments has produced a unanimous result in favour of accepting your application.
We look forward to working with you,
