After careful discussion with Majestic Corporation Board of Executives and reviewing our current projects abroad, I am pleased to say that the Board of Executives have voted to accept your proposal for the construction of 10 hotels in Abidawe. In order to begin the purchasing of; land, existing buildings, materials and furnishings we decided to allocate to allocate $6 Million, for each hotel. This, therefore allocates a total of $60 Million for the investment project, as a whole, something which we are sure will aid your growing economy. The hotels will be, in accordance with our investment policy, constructed/purchased/refurbished by local companies that are based in Abidawe - which will help in the lowering of unemployment rates. As per our commitment to the world economy, and the Majestic Corporation Recruitment Policy, all staff for the Hotel will be hired locally, including the General Manager for the various branches. In order to maintain our high standards, the Hotels in Abidawe will be under the direction of a National Director, who shall be appointed by the Majestic Corporation in order to oversee the performance of all branches located within your country.

Despite your proposal, we are unable to facilitate the building of casinos within the hotel building, for security purposes. However, the Board of Executives have allocated funds of $10 Million for each casino, and will be building them next to the Dansarkyss branches. With regard to your further requests for facilitates such as shopping malls, we have declined this request, these features are not within the Majestic Hotels level of service. Majestic Hotels offers only the highest service and facilitates possible, shopping malls are considered to be more of a sub-class facility.

The hotels will be, in accordance with our investment policy, constructed/purchased/refurbished by local companies that are based in the Northern Kingdoms - which will help in the lowering of unemployment rates.
