Doing calculations, my estimate was not that far off. A barrel of oil is about $90 US x 1,000,000 barrels =$90,000,000. My estimate was 7,000,000 Farkels. 1 Farkel equals 1.50 US dollars. So the total price for the oil is F 67,500,000. And you may have trouble finding Port Rocotia, there isn't one. Go to Libson Bay, from there go to Port of Libson. Then, find the customs dock and give them a copy of the 'Shipping & Trade Form' I will send you. After you have been cleared, go to the Navel Dock, not easy to miss. Give them copy 2/3 and they will unload you. Copy 3/3 is a spare, I don't suggest throwing it out when you are done.

Greetings,
Atraezan Oil, for the covienence of everyone, only formally handles its business transactions in the universal standard dollar notation. Nonetheless however, your request actually costs 45,000,000 Farkels, or USD 30,000,000. One 42 gallon barrel of crude oil costs 30 dollars, which would equate to 45 Farkels, and one million barrels of crude oil would thus cost 45,000,000 farkels, or USD 30,000,000.
In light of your request to have this shipment delivered to the Port of Lisbon; shipment of your order will begin as soon as possible, and said order will be delivered to Port of Lisbon, Rocotia. For recordkeeping purposes, it is henceforth disclosed that your shipment was originally to be delivered to Port Rocotia, Rocotia.
The Atraezan Oil Corporation would like to thank you for being a valued customer.

Honourary Sir,
With Atraezan Oil Corporation as the official supplier of fuel to the Armed Forces of the Greater Aryan Race, we would like to ask that 6 million barrels of gasoline, one million barrels of diesel and Avgas each be delivered to the Greater Aryan Race per year. The total payment per shipment, which we believe to be exactly 525,000,000 NSD if our calculations are correct, will be made upon receiving of the goods. In addition, the products may be shipped either to the port cities of Odessa or Hamburg, depending on the decision of Atraezan Oil Corporation. We hope to continue in our dealings with the Atraezan Oil Corporation. Thank you for your time.
Best Regards,
Field Marshal Aldrik Bergmann

Greetings,Your request for the deliverance of one hundred million barrels of oil has been denied. Atraezan Oil does not have the means necessary to transport such a large amount of oil to a single customer on such short notice. Furthermore, the Atraezan Oil Corporation is not legally permitted to engage in trade with any entity representing the International Coalition Against Communism ( ICAC ) by order of the Dh'arco Rahavuhra's administration. The reckless declaration of war against the entire region of Greater Dienstad by the International Coalition of Communism was condemned internationally, and was furthermore considered to be an act of aggression against some of the Empire's dearest allies. Whilst Atraezan Oil holds no formal political position on the incident, it cannot, by law, engage in trade with any representation of the aforesaid coalition. It should also be noted that the Protectorate of Lyras, which owns 20% of this corporation, is in fact a Dienstadi nation.
We apologize for this inconvenience.

Representing His Majesty's Government and the Commonwealth of the nineteen Yohannesian countries, it is in my capacity henceforth to voice the wish of the nineteen governments, and ultimately that of the Yohannesian Crown, on behalf of the Finance & Trade Minister himself, to establish a formal trade agreement and energy importation contract, between that of His Majesty's Governnment, and that of the Milogradian-registered Atraezan Oil Corporation.
Whilst the nineteen countries has been known internationally for its competitive finance, banking, engineering and shipbuilding sectors, the Yohannesian economy the raw materials needed to adequately feed its thriving manufacturing industries and secondary sectors, and heavily rely upon import for such.
Due to the strong international exchange rate and value of the Yohannesian Quertz russling, HM Governments of the nineteen countries, and that of the Commonwealth Foreign Affairs & Trade Office, has further found that importing strategic resources from various legitimate and established industrial manufacturing overseas can indeed be advantageous fiscally.
Henceforth in full accordance from the authority of the Commonwealth Council, The Lord's Chancellery, and as consented by the ratification of His Majesty's Federated Assembly, under sovereign dictation of His Majesty Aurel III, the Commonwealth Foreign & Trade Office would like to request upon the further importation of 3,581,000,000 barrels' worth of Atrazean petroleum-diesel, surmounting at the full monetary payment requirement of US$948,965,000,000.00, or nine hundred billion and nine hundred sixty-five million in universal standard dollars denomination by foreign exchange standardisation.
Upon your represented body's approval of this missive, the aforesaid projected full amount of monetary fund shall be channeled thereupon within one full working day's period (Yohannesian Crown Imperial timezone applied) through His Majesty's Governmental account within the authorised central banking institution of the nineteen countries and The Crown, that of the Yohannesische Bundesbank.
