We here at Montana Incorporated are pleased to hear that you wish for our assistance in building up a new medical company within your nation. We are assuming that you mean to add Montana Incorperated to the list of Companies that serve your great republic. However if you intended us to help you build a 'domestic' company we have services that can do that as well, and while our contractors and consultants are some of the best in the world, we feel it would more efficient to allow your nation's companies access to the vast recourses of Montana. We recommend the second option on the ground that as it takes time to construct and train personal, the population of your nation may have grown to need more medical supplies then the initial offer can give you. In addition, by allowing a Administration District to be put into place, as long as it is ran by Montana Inc it can grant up to $500 million dollar loans for whatever your government may need.

As for training, we would prefer to train our own training staff so that the domestic work force can be held to the quality and expectations that make Montana Inc a successful company.

We will begin flying out surveyors and teams within the week to meet with local government officials to determine the best locations for our factories and offices. In addition you can expect Montana Inc to begin investing into local infrastructure and business to ensure a well developed market.

Given the nature of the size of the project we are looking at and current domestic production of raw materials, an increase in raw material production will be required to manage this. In order to meet your required numbers, Montana Inc will need to acquire approximatively 8,500 new farms to produce raw products. The majority of our products are produced in tropical climates and if the Free Republic has any territory that may be considered tropical than we can begin expansion. This means the Free Republic will be the first nation allowed to domestically produce the plants and products required for Montana Incorporated.

By building one farm, we can reduce the amount of ports needed by ten, and reduce the amount of warehouse space required in half. This is due to the fact with less distance between the farming and end user, less equipment/hydroponics/temperature controls will be required, thus reducing space. In addition, we are going to start to convert to a process known as "Pull-through Production" which should help in reduction of warehouse needs.

If we were to produce everything domestically, this is the new requirement we would be looking at:

1,700,000x Districts

425,000x Supply Towns

8,500x Farming Communities*

*Farming communities include the base factories for chemical extraction, processing and converting to transportable materials as required by some raw products(such as raw materials for antibiotics).

According to our calculations, this project will take 39 years, assuming the construction teams are available. Therefore we are going to need to outsource to dozens if not hundreds of domestic construction and manufacturing companies. We will be raising funds heavily during the first five years, afterwards we hope to make the project self-sufficient. Therefore existing Capital will be used to begin the project, and additional shares are going to be sold within the hour.
