Your right for buying the weapon is the ability to use it in combat or other reasons for you nation. What you are suggesting is purchasing a DVD, and reselling it illegally with many copys, claiming it is different due to the fact that every five minutes the video stops for one second to show a smiley face. No, It is not someone elses right what you can and cannot do in your nation. However, what you do in your country can still be called upon by the international community. In short, this offer will be shut down or you will be sued for infrigement of intellectual property.
