No by that i mean having those battleships with more carrying capacity for trading dont make a new design.

ooc: Few things. One, 5 million in his currency could be like 40 billion. Two, time in NS is really an unimportant thing. How do you think nations go from 0 population to over two billion in under a year?

ooc: Again, his money could be worth more than ours, so it takes less of his money to make one, and as for production times, time is a very unimportant thing. People can send and receive products in an instant here. And GF, find new arguments
