We propose that part of a public works loan New Edpm received to produce infrastructure be put to the purpose of providing the buildings, and that a public trust be formed to pay faculty and administration while other staff be hired locally. This would provide New Edom's first free post secondary education.
It is our thought that faculty and admin could be provided by in some cases Uxleybridge graduates looking for academic work.
Please advise as to whether or not this would be possible.
